Had an appt with a different company and they moved our appt even though we had a non working furnace in extreme cold. We called Hanna and the lady on the phone eased our mind an assured us they could get it taken care of as soon as possible. They had a technician out to us within an hour and a half he was very professional and informative and fixed our problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company

Hanna Heating and Air came to service my furnace and told me there was a crack and that I needed a new one. After a second opinion I was told there was no crack and although the unit was getting old I did not need to replace it because of a defect. Hanna responded quite tersely and said the other company was lying. After another phone call from them they said they would come show me the issue. I never heard back while the other company came with cameras and a water test done free of charge. No crack. I had one more person come look and no crack. All licensed and professional companies. I can only assume Hanna's not knowledgeable or they were trying to lie in order to make several thousands of dollars off of me. Very disappointed. I believe if they were sure of a crack they would have got back with me as they told me.

I had issues with my furnace this morning mostly because I kept forgetting to schedule the maintenance on it. They came out first thing and cleaned it up and restored my heat. They offer a very affordable maintenance plan to regularly check your furnace and a/c. I felt no pressure from these guys and the service manager was great and gave me the real scoop. I felt like they did right by me and would highly recommend them.

A great company if you want your issue improperly diagnosed, to be sold items you don't need, and then be told to feel grateful when they FINALLY fix the issue at 'no cost!' No cost?!? Try thousands of dollars later! Buyer beware! How these guys stay in business is a mystery.

Terribly disappointed with Hanna Heating and Air. We contacted Hanna's dispatch on September 2, 2019 and they said someone would contact us within the hour. That didn't happen... We contacted them again and dispatch said they would contact the technician on duty (Johnny). They contacted Johnny 5 times and no response. So, around midnight dispatch said they wouldn't be able to come out and look at our non-functioning air conditioner. (Keep in mind it was extremely hot.) Allergies prevented us from opening the windows to let the warm air from outside. The next day my husband contacted Hanna and voiced his concerns. He was told that Johnny was tired and went to sleep at 9:30 PM and he didn't respond to any calls. And, their protocol for calls is if the first technician isn't available then it's forwarded to another technician. Well, Johnny was the other technician the call transferred to. Hanna did send out a technician on Tuesday morning and he was able to service the unit. But that didn't help the sleepless night we had on Monday. Hanna decided to waived the service fee for coming out. Needless to say, we're going to switch HVAC companies. We've been a customer with Hanna for a LONG time and we've had a service contract with them for some time as well. If they treat long term customers like this then who knows what would happen to regular customers. So, beware! Normal occasional maintenance was fine but when we really needed them, they weren't there for us.

With the exception of Hanna Heating and Air Conditioning and one other, I have never posted bad reviews, ever. But Hanna Heating and Air is deserving of this review, as well as the one I posted about them last year on Google. Hanna installed two new units in our home in 2011. We have had trouble with one of them basically since installation. They have been out numerous times since installation and we have spent hundreds of dollars on repairs. Hanna never told us that if we didn't register our units that the warranty would not be valid. While I am sure this info is in all the reading material provided, it should be policy as well as good business practice to let people know that if they don't register, they have no warranty. In addition, Hanna has been dishonest about what they have told us and been extremely rude, not surprising. After limping along with a poorly functioning unit since its installation and spending hundreds of dollars on repairs, we are left with having to replace the unit, again, after only 5 years. While Hanna does have some good reviews (bad ones too), I strongly suggest thinking twice about using this company, not worth taking a chance!
