Hall's Culligan Water

Bret came to examine my existing system which was 22 years old. I truly appreciated his honesty that he was surprised as to what degree it was operating and gave me what I needed without the unnecessary crap that has nothing to do with water quality such as extra monitors and WiFi things that I am not interested in. I was a bit disappointed in the previous salesman, but Bret was awesome! He even explained the various levels of hardness and dissolved solids which I had not been shown previously. I like to understand ALL that is going on and appreciated his time to do this.

Culligan has proven to me that they care about their customers. If you have a problem they will do their best to fix it as soon as possible. They also have a great product at a great value. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

The water is great! The Customer Service is wonderful when you call in. The delivery people need to pay a bit more attention as to where they put the bottles at. we have a crack on our porch and it makes the bottles leak if it is put there.

Worst service ever and I actually pay monthly for it. My salt delivery was scheduled for October 13. Today is October 17th and guess what I have no salt!!!! This just shows that they did not deliver as scheduled. I also pay for an Iron tank to get changed out monthly. Are they actually changing it?This is not the first time this has happened with Hall's Culligan Water. Last time it took over a week to get them to come out and fix the issue. I pay for this salt! If my system does not need it leave the bags by the water system.If you have a choice go somewhere else with someone you can count on.Kelly Anderson

Hall's (Culligan) has a great Premier service. The optional small monthly fee covers the RO filter changes and salt delivery. They will even load the water conditioner with the salt if you're home when the delivery driver arrives.

This place is all about customer service & they have the best locally roasted coffee in town. I've also found their coffee in many small town cafes around the state. When you call them just ask for the Culligan coffee man, you'll be really glad that you did!
