H & W Heating and Cooling

They replaced our AC and it has never worked properly since they replaced it and they don't return calls. I would not recommend them!

Home warranty company referral on 6/14/22 to H&S. H&S (or H&W depending on who answers phone) rescheduled my appt 3 times and then showed up late. Took 2 weeks for them to come out initially. Part was supposedly ordered and after 3 weeks of daily calls checking on part with no return calls, home warranty company finally reassigned to another company 7/8/22. Still not fixed and basically starting process over. They also submitted pictures for my other unit that they never did diagnostics on. Very unprofessional and unreliable. To not return weeks of messages is just flat out unacceptable. If they are too busy or just don't want the work....just say so.

Was not impressed with their service. Kinda just threw things together. It took weeks to get the job progressing. Still not complete as far as I am concerned. Said they would contact us to finish. Been 3 weeks still nothing.

Isaac was out within the hour and we were up and running in 15 minutes. Professional and explained exactly what he repaired. He's our guy for AC/Heating problems now. Just to clarify we are in Wichita, not sure why it says San Francisco.

We were very disappointed in this company. They were very difficult to get ahold of, and no showed twice saying they didn't have an appointment with us even though we had a confirmation email. We had to use them due to our warranty. We had him come out twice due to our heat pump not working. He told us initially it was the thermostat, so he replaced that. Then he said our heat pump was not wired to do heat. We went all winter using emergency heat with bills over 500 dollars. Eventually we gave in and called someone else when it was spring and the AC was not working either. They were able to come fix it that day. Everything H+W told us was wrong, and it cost us a lot of money. I trusted them to be experts in their field. Instead, they didn't know what they were doing and were not honest about it. If they didn't know how to fix the unit, I would have rather them referred us to someone who did, instead of making up lies and having us go all winter with outrageous bills. Unacceptable.

Would not update on times and never advised of what needed to be done for appointments would not recommended them at all
