Let me preface this review by saying this is our first home build. We built this home while still living on the West Coast and traveling extensively for work during the build process. 90% of this home build was accomplished remotely via phone calls, emails, texts and face time. So, this was clearly not your normal home build. Randy Harder, the owner of H & H Home Builders, was a true professional and made the home build experience easy under atypical circumstances. He was patient, flexible, easy to work with and is clearly focused on the customer experience exceeding expectations. Communication and follow up was always expeditious and clear. When we requested changes or minor issues needed to be addressed, they were addressed promptly with honesty and integrity. Our home is now finished and we couldn't be happier. The quality of this home is amazing and we can't wait to move in. The kitchen is amazing!
