wish I would have looked at reviews before i purchased items. I assumed they would be nice but boy was i wrong. Cheaply made and wanted to return all shirts (hat was nice) but no returns allowed. I didn't see that anywhere before I purchased because if I had I would have never ordered!!! No returns for crappy merchandise!!!!! Ordered my daughter a dance bag with embroidery on it. It's been 21 days since the order and it's still in production. Order actually states: "All decorated products are made to order. Production time for decorated (art added) products can be 12-14 days..." This would indicate that it normally takes less time than the 12-14 days. We'll see when I actually get the bag.

I ordered through my daughters team a pair of warm up's that are swimming on her. After contacting GTM sportswear to exchange them for a smaller size I was told the person who placed the order had to exchange them. I informed GTM that the season had ended and I've attempted to contact the coach with no response. I even have the customer number and infomation on a picture that I took of the team order form. You would think with an order the size that it was that GTM would have a way to help parents out on returning/ exchanging their merchandise.

I ordered a hoodie from GTM Sportswear. I accessed their store through TeamSnap app (Team store). When I received the hoodie it was definitely a very large sweater... On the app it does not disclose whether it is a man-size or a woman size it doesn't show measurements... I figured that it would be okay and if not I could return or exchange it that was not the case when I contacted customer service. I asked to speak with a manager regarding the problem with the app... They said the manager was not available and they would pass my information along... And someone would possibly contact me but said that their managers are very busy and most likely would not have time. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this experience!

Fall 2014: I agree with the previous poster. I am a cheerleading coach who has been trying to order warm-ups and other attire since July and still have not received my entire order. Every time I try to ask what is going on, I have to call/email several times before I get a response with days in between. Even when I receive a response the story is always changing. The order was lost, the warm-ups just didn't ship, now they're not even ready. Avoid this company! Terrible customer service.1/28/15 Update: I've noticed that Yelp has not recommended every single review of this company, which is either very suspicious or coincidental. I'm not sure what goes into Yelp's recommendation procedure, but I can attest that my experience was 100% genuine and honest. Throughout my cheerleading season I really struggled to work with this company, and only after extreme effort on my part did I ever see any resolution. I stand by my previous statement: Avoid this company.

Worst online company I have ever worked with. I placed an order and it was wrong. 4 phone calls and 2 chats later still no resolve and was passed between 5 customer service reps. I was told a supervisor would contact me. Never happened. I gave up and simply reordered. 2 weeks later nothing. Just called again and its on back order now. If you can ovoid this company I would recommend you do so.

Here is an update to this never ending nonsense from GTM. After I filed a formal case with the BBB and have an investigation started as to the shady business practices of GTM with the AG, GTM reported to the BBB that they are refunding me the "full retail price" of the garments even though I purchased them from the closeout section at a discounted price IMPLYING to the BBB that they are giving me MORE money back than I spent.Here are the facts: I purchased 4 garments from the closeout section and GTM DENIED the return of those garments therefor I could not/did not send them back! I did return the garments that were NOT closeouts and now GTM has the garments (USPS confirmed delivery) and now GTM is telling me it will take close to a month to send me a check!!! They lied to the BBB and have given me the run around for what will end up being 2 months and I STILL do not have my money. In addition to GTM lying to the BBB, they lied to the public in a previous thread when they said I canceled my credit card payment yet they were still issuing me a refund via check??? who the hell would send a refund if someone canceled the payment to the business? BUYERS BE WARE and STAY AWAY from this company. I have researched GTM and they have over 200 negative reviews on line most of which have to do with shady refund practices!

This company uses TeamSnap to market spirit wear and is very deceptive. I ordered two shirts from what I was marketed to as my son's baseball team store. It wasn't the team logo and was not opened by anyone on our team. Once I received the shirts and realized that they were not our team logo, or anything like our team spiritemwear I attempted to return them. The company would not accept the return, or even accept the charge back from my credit card company. Beware. I was lucky to only lose $38.

I can't complain as someone is unloading many unused GTM items with tags on them at the local recycling center & I got one that had zippers I gently fixed, a wind breaker in a nice pastel shade. I wouldn't have afforded it but it is clean, with tags & zippers that need TLC. Sorry that the company GTM messed up so many people who trusted them. Not fair to cheat people but FREE IS AWESOME!!!

I ordered a few items for my daughter, who is a middle school cheerleader. Even using their measurements, several items did not fit. I promptly returned them and received invoices on 12/12/17 indicating that a refund was due. I didn't receive my refund. So, I emailed them around Feb 20, 2018. I got a response saying I was owed a refund, it would be issued, and it could take up to 14 business days. Today, I still have no refund (it has been 19 business days). I have emailed them again, so we will see.
