Great Wall

We were in town late and walked in at closing time. The family running the place was very warm and welcoming! It is a small restaurant, but the menu has a lot of options, many that you don't see every day. I ordered my favorite dish (mapu tofu) and it was the best I've had in at least 10 years! The food was fresh and the spices were wonderfully done! So happy we stopped in.

Ordered sesame chicken and chicken lo main. Sesame chicken was basically soy sauce with sesame seeds, same with the low main. Both where bland and the taste was off putting... ended up throwing the food away.

Hey if you want cheap deals on Chinese food, well here you go! For under $6.00 you get a main entree, with a yellow rice (aka cheap generic version of) fried rice, an a choice or 2 crab Rangoon or one pork or chicken egg roll. I choose the crab Rangoon. It was alright... Considering I'm Asian and I know what real good crab Rangoon taste like, this was eh, alright. Nothing special and not that bad. But I should've gone with the Chinese egg roll. The front counter lady was nice. The food and service was fast.

Terrible customer service! I ordered the beef lo mein noodles and all they gave me was pure sticky cabbage with one strand of noodle. When I called to get it fixed the lady on the phone said they can fix it but she will have to charge me half the price of the order.... excuse me? I didn't get my correct order to begin with so why should I pay for their mistakes? I've had Great Wall before at a different location and I never received this type of treatment. Do not go to this location!

I really like this place, and I visit often due to the convenience and affordability! The family that runs the restaurant is extremely friendly! The food is usually pretty good; however, today I ordered the Hunan beef, and most of the beef was undercooked or raw. Again, this is the first time I've had an issue like this here, and I'll most likely still come back, but the meal today was really disappointing and possibly dangerous if I hadn't caught it early.

Food is fantastic! I ordered the Dragon and phoenix and crab Rangoon for takeout. This dish is half general Tso chicken and half Crystal shrimp, perfect if you can't decide. Everything was fresh, cooked perfectly, and tasted great! prices are reasonable and the menu includes LOTS of options! Service is quick and polite and facility is clean! I definitely recommend this one!

Employees were very friendly. I asked for dine in but my food was brought out in a take out carton with the wire handle. Not sure if that's how they normally serve their food or the server just forgot. I had the beef fried rice and two pork egg rolls. It was ok but both didn't have a lot of flavor.

We had a bad experience with Great Wall when ordering online for delivery. We were allowed to order, put in credit card info, and got a confirmation number. We waited over an hour then called the restaurant and they said they never received order even though we were charged. We did get our food in the end but 2 hours after we placed initial order. We pick up the food in restaurant and they have this website plastered all over their menus. A website you can't really order from. moral of the story is don't order online, they won't change their menus even though they have wrong information on them.

The food was fine. The service was not. We ordered by internet. GWC set the delivery time at 6pm. At 7:45 (!) still no food. We called GWC. They were so confused and could hardly carry on a conversation. Sometime after 8pm our food arrived. I mentioned to the driver that perhaps he should be embarrassed for being so late. No apology. He said he was not embarrassed. Wow. What gall. No answer No apology.

Went down hill. Used to go regularly. Ended up being so bad we didn't go forever. Tried again the other day and it was so bad I'd be ashamed to serve that food. We tried another Great Wall too, it used to be even better than this place and it's as bad or worse.
