Dropped off 3 pieces with no rush & clearly stated the same to be done as last order. Name & business with logo on them. Price given at drop off was $50 plus tax. Upon pickup today 7/31/23 price was over $80 plus tax. Didn't fully examine on site. Had to get to a client. Got back to office & saw the order was only 1/2 done. BusinessName & Logo -Yes. Name-NO. On any of the 3 pieces. Will NOT use again nor recommend to anyone. Will have to have someone else finish the job. Compaired receipts from last order. Only $80 difference. I have many WSU shirts from GID and I constantly get compliments on them. I have purchased many for friends and family members. I love all that they represent and do for our community.

I wanted something really special for my two Nieces who play softball. I was traveling to Dallas to visit them and to be present for a big tournament. I wanted something unique that they'd love. I found some awesome rhinestone heat transfers that said "This Princess Wears Cleats" and Patricia ordered some really beautiful pink tote bags. She got them here in time which was great because I was on a fairly short turn around. The end product was AWESOME and my Nieces absolutely loved them. I'll definitely be back!

Not only are the designs and products at Great Image Designs fabulous, Patricia and her team are also fantastic to work with! I've never been disappointed and I love knowing that when I refer other people to Great Image Designs that they will receive stellar customer service as well as awesome custom products.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Patricia not only insulted our group but refused to quote us on an embroidery. When we asked about an embroidery service she kept telling us "they do it, but they don't like doing it." She refused to quote us for it but insisted they could do it. I felt like I was talking in circles! The sample shirts they showed us were see through and poor quality however they were adamant about not letting us bring in outside shirts to be embroidered for fear it would not meet qualifications. When I asked for a list of qualifications she explained it was too much work and I needed to just use what they provide. Towards the end of the conversation she literally pushed me and said she "couldn't make me understand." I have never been so disrespected in my life. I WILL NOT buy from them and my family/friends won't be going back either!!!

They've done all of our corporate logo-wear. Great timely service, and a quality product.

Patricia went out of her way to put a smile on my daughters face! My 8 y/o daughter really wanted her name embroidered on her swim team back pack; but, it was only a few days before the event. I called up Patricia, she gave a couple of days where she could do same day service since I was coming from out of town. Not only was it same day, but it was only an hour or so wait plus she was willing to put a little extra something on there as well. Thanks again for being so kind and helpful. It doesn't cost one penny more to be helpful to customers and I want you to know it was appreciated.

I LOVE working with the girls at Great Image! Everytime I have a project they have such great ideas and make the process so easy and fun! I am ALWAYS happy with the end result so much so that I will NEVER go anywhere else!!!

Started out doing good business,.. then I was told my logo would be done on one Friday, which was so conveniently moved ro the next Friday where as half my order was not finished whichever pushed it back ANOTHER WEEK!.... WONT EVER GET ANY MORE OF MT BUSINESS!!!
