Went in at 6pm, sign says open until 9pm but was told they are closing. Not friendly at all.

A great place to get a haircut. The stylist are pleasant and do a very nice job for a reasonable price!

Had made appointment online. Got to location. 2nd in line on board. Had Stephanie as my stylist. She was great. Very nice. Very bubbly in personality. And I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. Very nice haircut for a great price. Now mind you, a shampoo is $4 more. So wash your own hair! Save yourself a few buckaroos.

The lady looked at my history. Lady. Looks like you got 2in off last timeMe. Yes, I don't want that much off this time Just clean it up & SOFT layers Lady. Okay, I'm going to take 1 in off & layer the rearMe okay, sounds goodChop chop chop chop chop CHOP I just paid a lady to cut 2 + inch off. My layers are choppy & about THREE INCHES UP from the thin layer of my poor hair she left the more my hair settled through the day I look like an 80s chop job done on my hair! My daughter in law- OMG Kimmie we can fix it don't cry you may have to get it cut short but we will go get it fixed... Why TF did I just pay someone to mess my Appearance up? Why did I just pay someone to make me look worse than when I walked in? How will I ever trust anyone to cut my hair again?Yeah, DON'T do it! Don't do it!!!

Not the best experience I've had here - I rarely do reviews, but this has been my go-to place for years, until recently. The stylist read my history, which was incorrect, so then the haircut began. In the middle of it she dropped the comb, picked it up and didn't bother to get a new comb or wash that one off, just continue to use it. I'm not hugely paranoid over the whole Covid thing (or other germs), but really?Then at the end she said "I cut your hair to an inch length on top instead of an inch and a half". Why?? Not good - I'll be looking around for another place that can do a basic guys haircut and not gross me out with their dropped and reused utensils.

I wear my hair in a short pixie cut, it had grown out went in with picture of what I wanted, she butchered it up so Bad!! had went in another of times and they were always so good! I woke at 4:00 am this morning just sick about my hair, wondering what, how could it be fixed, so short tho have no hair to work with, I even thought about extensions, no way it could be done, thinking about wigs, scarves something! Just sick about it! Haha was thinking if a different color would improve it, my hair is such a light blonde wondered about darkening it. I don't know.

I am not sure how these people are in business, and all over Wichita. Every time my son is taken there, by his dad, they make his hair look soo stupid. He has bangs cut straight across the middle of his forehead and it's choppy all over. I decided to get a trim some time ago and thought maybe a different one would be better. Went to the one on ridge and she just cut straight across. I do better in my own bathroom, at my own mirror. Yes, it was very cheap , but why even waste the money if I can do a better job cutting my hair? As for my son, I am taking over and finding some place that has no association with this company. I am not angry, I just don't understand how they can have a business and do such a poor job ‍

Horrible service messed my hair up so dang bad. Not even close to what I asked. The male who did my hair had the nerve to blame me for his mistakes. Now I have to deal with un even hair goofy looking bangs. Never again.

Great service and great price for the haircut ! I asked for a simple trim and got exactly that!
