We stopped here because we saw the sign for coffee and found so much more! This is the coolest place. SUPER cute shop filled with so many goodies. The staff was so friendly and the selection of soaps, coffee mugs, jams, jellies, etc. was wonderful. I wanted one of everything in the shop! This is an ABSOLUTE must stop and see place. Crazy clean and cute bathrooms were also a bonus. And they ship, so gift giving just got exciting again.

Stopped by the company store on cross country drive. Excellent variety. Even better customer service. Their reduced sugar jams are also packaged for Trader Joe's. Excellent quality overall. Make the stop. Go ahead. You know you want to. Stretch your legs. Get some organic snacks and improve your day.

The kindest staff and the cleanest bathrooms on I-70. I make sure to stop here every time I head to Manhattan or Colorado. It's my family's favorite!

We like their products and that is why we stopped in on our way to Kentucky. We checked their hours online and it said they were open until 5 on Fridays. After driving a couple miles out of our way we arrived at Grandma Hoerner's at 4:50. Guess what? The doors were locked. The hours posted on the door also said open until five. Very disappointed. Probably will keep driving next time.

Always a stop when we head to Manhattan...unless it's Sunday when they are closed.Love all the samples available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restrooms clean.Apple butter and chunky apples are our favorites. I like picking up the Alma Creamery cheese curds in their fridge case near the register too.

My husband and I are new to Kansas and had never heard of Grandma Hoerner's. We had driven past a few times and figured we might as well stop in. The building is huge but it's mostly factory than store, which we hadn't anticipated. There is still a lot of novelty foods to look through, only some of which is made on location. The even provide samples to try most of the foods! My husband and I grabbed a few things, some natural peanut butter, a meat rub for fish, and even some chocolate covered berries and chocolate covered bacon! The woman who was overlooking the store was extremely helpful and friendly!

I talked my husband into stopping at Grandma Hoerner's on our trip back to KC from Salina and I'm glad I did, this is a little gem that is worth the stop. They manufacture specialty food items here but the best part is the little shop where they sell all kinds of natural, specialty food items. Their specialty is Big Slice kettle cooked apples in several varieties such as carmel, apricot, cinnamon french toast and more. In addition they have salsas, chutneys, pumpkin butter, preserves, etc. But there is more: natural chips, pasta, candy, and sauces, just to name a few. You can get a cup of coffee or a cold drink, too. The place is very clean, well organized and the bathrooms were extremely nice. I will definitely stop here again on my next trip down I-70 towards Central Kansas.

There aren't many sights down I-70 but this place is definitely something to check out! I love that it is family owned and the factory visible from the shop so you know what you are getting is fresh! The storefront is adorable, I love the samples they always have lying around. I go mainly for the delicious mushroom sauce they sell and the fresh chocolates they sell by ounce. The tiramisu and the salted caramel are my favorites. Only downfall is that this place seems a bit overpriced at times. I was starting my road trip so I figured I would stop at grandma hoerners first and was about to purchase some freeze dried fruit, a small package.. I looked at the price and it was 8 dollars!!! They are usually 1.99 at the grocery store. This is a place worth going to for foodies since there isn't much around the area, they offer a military discount too!

A lovely, local, family run business with delicious products and many samples. They treat their customers wonderfully and we had a great visit to their factory and gift shop! Will definitely be back. Thank you for making our day, Grandma Hoerner's!
