First time hopper today. Very friendly staff, I was greeted and had short convo with a couple of the staff members. The prices were very reasonable. I saw several items that I would add to my home but I don't won't an over crowded home, so I digress. They had several of the items that I was looking for but they were all marked as sold :( I don't necessarily see that as a bad thing, at least I know that get them in and I know if I purchase something too big to carry home at the moment that it can be held for me. I only went into the furniture store and the what not store, they both had a great selection of items. I arrived about 30 mins prior to closing so not too much time to truly browse. It seemed fairly organized. You will definitely have to clean what you buy, I think it's worth it for the treasures that are here to be found!

THIS is what I have been missing. I'm new in town, and where I am from, thrift stores are ABUNDANT. Here in the Manhattan area, there's not a whole lot - at least not that I have come across. This place is HUGE! There's furniture, knick knacks, electronics, luggage, dishes, books, clothes (even ARMY ACUs & PTs!), jewelery, ... basically if you can name it, it's probably there. AND for a really good price! My husband got Army Winter PT pants & Jacket for a total of $10 (brand new a jacket alone can be $58), we got a brand new Rubbermaid storage drawer for $8 (brand new $20), and a few other odds and ends for cheap!Really excited I found this place and I cannot wait to go back!

I wish I could give half stars here. 3 and 1/2 stars from me. I bought a dresser from this place recently the delivery was excellent and the price was excellent. The main store has a lot of things that you can dig through for cheap but there's not much organization and it's a little dirty. I often buy used picture frames and other small things for projects and things like that but I wouldn't buy a mattress from this place. There's only a few thrift shops in Manhattan and I regularly stop at this one just to look around and see what they have. Staff is always friendly.

Not the friendliest service, but the selection is good. You can browse all day. If you love used books, you're in for a treat. Their bookstore is a converted house behind the main building. That's right, an entire house full of nothing but bookshelves in every room, nook, cranny, and closet. Ah-mazing.

When I'm looking for something weird, something used, or something really cheap that I can turn into something else, I stop the the GOT and take a peek. The contents are extremely hit-or-miss and it's dirtier than most thrift shops. It's not organized in any kind of discernible way. The price are pretty consistently cheap and it's always fun to see what you'll bump into here. I gave it three stars because I've seen better and I've seen worse.

Everything is grouped into sections which is better than most thrift stores I have seen and everything is cheap. Great for craft projects or just a quick stop and look. If you like to put in the work (treasure hunt :P ) at flea markets and outlet stores then you will like this place. If you don't want to dig or don't have a lot of time, I wouldn't recommend it. The staff are fairly friendly and the prices are cheap cheap cheap. The furniture store off to the side is a little expensive but I am more looking for the small stuff. There is also a separate bookstore on the back that I can't wait to check out. As far as I'm concerned, the most important qualities with thrift stores are selection, some kind of organization and price and they hit all 3. They also have a decent pet selection for a thrift store which is great.

Such lovely, warm people! So many goodies here! We were visiting from Fla so couldn't take a lot, but they have a vast selection of vintage furniture, books and clothes. Something for everyone! Come for the deals, but stay for the hospitality! Carl and Sheila made us feel like friends we just hadn't seen in awhile! They are two of the best things about KS! And if you're lucky, Sheila will give you a warm hug.

First time shopper here. Carl greeted us as soon as we walked in with so much cheer. The selection of goods is HUGE. At check out, Carl was all smiles and wonderfully friendly. Best service I've ever had at a thrift store.

Once I walked in, the manager Carl greeted me and introduced himself. He was very helpful, kind, generous, and attentive. The store itself was very well organized, clean, and curated. lots of good furniture and their jewelry selection was great! I had to leave soon because I had a class to get to and Carl asked me if I saw anything I liked. I said yes and he gave me a hanging flower pot for free as a gift!

Owner very rude. Not fair or apologizing. When confronted Tiffany gets angry. Found something of interest then been told its sold. No sold sign. Told her she shouldn't leave out stuff that's sold. Tiffany told me if I ever to go back at her store she'll call the police. Great customer service Huh?! She wants only certain folks to shop or do business with.
