Gourmet Eats at Iron & Ohio

my boyfriend and i stopped here on our road trip and i'm so glad he found it. the staff were all super nice and checked in with us during the meal. this is a fast casual place. the inside felt modern and clean. my boyfriend got the patty melt with the side salad and said the only things he would change is to maybe double down on the havarti and lose the cheddar and maybe go a little harder on the garlic aioli. overall, he really liked it. the side salad was very fresh with a tasty vinaigrette. i got the santa monica wrap, which was very tasty. the avocado spread really make this wrap stand out. i also got the blt pasta salad for my side, which was very tasty. overall, i would HIGHLY recommend making a visit to this place a priority your next time in salina. i did forget to take pictures, but trust me, it's very nice :)
