Golden Wok

This is a very good Chinese Buffett. It also features a Mongolian grill. There is plenty of features and all buffet items are steaming hot. They have a nice buffet of sushi as well. A full dessert buffet is presented as well. Then there is also an ice cream machine with both Chocolate and Vanilla available in a self serve cone or cup. The service was prompt and friendly. There is more food than anyone can eat. The place is clean and well maintained. Very enjoyable and we will return. Weekend buffet was $15 per person on a Sunday. And well worth it.

Pretty good buffet, sushi bar looked good but I was too full to try. The fresh fruit for dessert was outstanding!

I did see the billboard advertisement on my way to Hutchinson and decided to try it on my way back. Apparently the person who named this establishment wasn't feeling very creative--- China Buffet. It made it easy when doing a Yelp search. They are very reasonably priced for lunch. I was seated immediately. The servers did a good job cleaning and clearing the table during my visit. I usually rate these by the eggrolls and peel & eat shrimp. The eggroll was very good. They didn't have any peel & eat shrimp. They had some seafood on the buffet--- mainly shrimp & vegetables, clams and calamari. The vegetable lo mein was very good. I suppose there's lots of salt in the food since I drank around a gallon of water afterwards. Bathrooms are clean as well.

Food was ok... some was cold even though looked fresh. No one was at hibachi plus all the meat looked gross. Very limited veggie selection. Worse part was either lack of caring servers.. they had s we ever but were rude or the fact the building was not even cool EXCEPT for where the staff stood. Another guest even tried to ask about how warm it was in there and the server just ignored him. I would not recommend going there... Panda Express is down the road...

Use to be good but today went in food was nasty and looked over a cockroach coming down the wall!!!! Will not go in there again!

Food was great, many different options to choose from. Waiter was friendly however I do think they could've been more attentive but it was mostly busy so completely understandable! It was a clean environment definitely feel comfortable eating food there.

Attentive waiter, food for the most part was about a 3, no real flavor to most of it. Hot and sour soup thick and again, not much flavor. If I wanted to eat plate after plate of food, the $15 might be worth it. Some noodles and rice were cold.Won't go back, too expensive for mediocre Chinese food.

The food is definitely not as good as it was under previous owners. They also slap you with a gratuity charge that they see fit plus no explanation of any charges. The restaurant could also use a bit of cleaning.

Food was hot, fresh service fantastic. Please try this restaurant. Sushi made fresh. We drive a hour 1 way to eat here. Sharon Bailey

I reviewed this when it was called China Buffet. Now, it is called Golden Wok. But it ain't fooling me one bit. Might as well call it Golden Crock of Crap. Because that's what it should be called instead for more honesty. Honesty is the best policy arguably in this situation.Customers deal with undercooked, very dry, and flavorless food here while dealing with coldly distant workers who work at this restaurant.Not surprised it hasn't went bankrupt because of how desperate Americans are these days.Don't think the safety authorities are doing their jobs by not putting this out of business. Golden Wok has red flags in regards to food poisoning.
