Ginger Asian Cuisine

Was in town and stopped by their brick and mortar in Goddard. Ordered to go but spent about 10 minutes waiting for my order. Atmosphere was pleasant and the front server was very nice. Food was out quickly and hot. I tried the Szechuan beef with pork fried rice and a pork egg roll. The egg roll was pretty darn good. The beef was a little sweet to my liking but overall was still quite tasteful. Will go back when out west again.

This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. The food is always prepared fresh. We love the Pepper Steak and the Sweet and Sour Chicken. The sweet and sour sauce has a really good flavor. The Crab Rangoon is always crispy and delicious!

I just had lunch here. The food was fantastic. Everything was fresh. It is a small place, but comfortably seated. The onlyComplaint I have is the temperature in the building was rather warm. I will definitely come back. Very reasonable prices as well.

Ginger is OK Asian food. It's not elegant, service is not really outstanding and the food is "average". Apparently they tone down the flavors for their perceived "Wichita" audience. There's nothing 'wrong' with their food, it just doesn't have that "pop" of asian flavor. The hot-sour soup is hot with heat, but not peppery, it's also not very sour. It's not bad, just average.Most of their entrees have a plethora of broccoli. I don't dislike broccoli, but they seem to think the more of it, the better. Again, their sauces aren't "bad" per se, just not really flavorful. The dishes they claim are "spicy" are just barely so. If you ask for it extra spicy, they seem to just throw on a bit more crushed red pepper.Their noodle dishes are done well, but not great. The flavors are "muted". Unfortunately, this is the closest "sit-down" Asian (or for that matter any cuisine) restaurant to Goddard, so it's a "go-to" place, I just don't expect to be "wowed" when I go there.

Terrible service. Came here for lunch menu walked in before 3 and they wouldn't honor it. Then still had to pay $9 for two drinks. Would not recommend.

We've ordered take out from here a couple times and dined in the restaurant as well. The food is amazing and the service is great!

My husband and I ordered the orange chicken and honey chicken and both were overdone. Too hard to chew. Our salads were warm. The only thing that was good was our soda. Paid $40 for a meal we didn't eat. Very sad. Unfortunately we were served chicken that wasn't freshly made. Won't be returning.

Great food, love the Orange Chicken, Pad Thai, and the Mei Fun. The service is great and the lunch menu is also good for the money.

My favorite Asian restaurant in W Wichita area. Hunan Chicken is great and so is the General Tso chicken!
