I have had a lot of trouble with this shop. Their management has serious issues, their procedure to check out when a job is done and done correctly has serious flaws. THE SAGA: Seventh Time Is The Charm???The first time I went to get my truck they had put the wrap on my hood about 3" and tried to pass it off even though we had agreed and they had quoted me to put it on halfway up my hood. The guy was totally going to let me leave with 1/3 of the wrap job done that I PAID FOR ALREADY. I shouldn't of had to be the one to speak up about it. The second time I went to pick it up they left a bug guard off of the front of the truck and they had to keep it again to find it and put it back on. When I picked up the truck the next time they said there was a piece that was still missing (One of the splash guards under the fender ) ... they were going to call me and install it once it came in and I never have heard back from them.... Part of my repair was also to fix my airbag sensor because my light was blinking. About 20 minutes on the road headed home and my light starts blinking again, so I called them and asked a simple question "what did you guys do to fix the airbag problem? ". They told me that they basically use the computer to reset the code and turn the light off... (which I could've done myself at home). I asked them if they just cleared the code or if they actually found a faulty problem, or if they were qualified to do that... if we needed to go to the dealership for that part of the repair. They said that their computer could fix the problem... I guess we will see, so far it hasn't come back on. (Two weeks later)Today I found the paint is peeling from the bumper.... badly. All over the bumper. (Photos will be attached)They said it's the fault of the bumper manufacturer, somehow... they told me they would order a bumper, paint it, and call me to come put it on. Almost three weeks later I had heard nothing. I called to see what was going on. They hadn't gotten the bumper, or the splash guard that I was promised was on order 5-6 weeks prior.... from the last time I picked up the truck. They didn't give an explanation but my insurance guy told me that the guy that I was working with had walked out....They had the truck for four more days, and when I returned to get it, it wrap was coming off the right fender. In the parking lot. At their shop.I'll return Monday (or whenever they call) and see how it looks. They offer a "lifetime warranty" on their repairs, and I'm really afraid that I'm going to have to keep returning over and over when the paint or wrap has issues. Time will tell. Overall I would say the paint that they didn't match pretty well but if it doesn't stick to the car then what difference does that make? I'm really worried that this wrap is not gonna last... Communication from the shop was horrible to nonexistent. I had to call them every time I update with maybe one exception. At the point that I have to go get my car six times from the same shop for the same repair they should be doing more than just saying "we will fix it this time", in my opinion. I think they should've refunded some of the cost for all the trouble that I've had to deal with, but there was not any offer of that type... Just basically I was treated like I was the problem. I would absolutely 100% in the strongest terms tell anyone to stay away from this shop.

I took my vehicle to get an estimate on body work. I was planing on shopping around to get the best estimate. I didn't want to look any further after visiting with TIM and KACY. They took very good care of me and I can't be any happier!!My vehicle looks awesome, better than before my accident! The work was done in record time and the whole experience was so very positive. They provided a very welcoming environment and were so efficient with the paperwork too!I have used other body repair shops in the past, I will always choose COLLISION WORKS in West Wichita!

This shop has had my back on an issue with an insurance company the whole way. An issue was discovered during the initial assessment that wasn't going to be covered, but was a crucial fix. With it being close to Christmas I wasn't able to afford it, so to my surprise they did the job anyway and didn't charge me. The team ha been courteous and very good and communicating issues and needs with no pressure at all.

I am so happy I chose Collision Works when my car needed fixed! The people who worked there were extremely helpful and friendly. My car was fixed in a timely fashion and they did an excellent job! I will definitely be using them from now on! I highly recommend!!!

It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on a call from the manager. They were very unprofessional. They did not do the work correctly. They caused more damage. There are plenty of collision repair shops in Wichita. Do not use this one.

If I could strongly recommend one thing to everyone in Wichita it would be to never take your car to Collision Works of West Wichita... You would be much happier trying to fix your car on your own, and it would still be a better outcome than what they offer. They have had my car for 5 weeks now (I still currently don't have my car). I scheduled to drop off my car on July 9, 2019 along side my Dad's car to have the hail damage fixed. When dropping off the cars the guy said he would have both cars done on Friday, July 12th. My Dad's car and mine had EXTENSIVE hail damage... So when he said that both my Father and I's car would be done in 3 days we took it with a grain of salt. Both my Dad and I were thinking it would take at least 3 weeks to fix our cars because of the damage that both of cars had. On July 12th my Dad called to check on the status of the cars, and the guy said that the adjustments' claim that had been made were incorrect with the parts they were finding. Therefore no work had really been done on our cars. The next week passes (July 19th) and my Dad calls to check the status of our cars, and they said that they were waiting on parts for my Dad's car but my car should be done by the end of next week. Next week comes along (July 26th) and instead of my car being done my car is not done and they say my Dad's car should be done next week. Another week comes along (August 2nd) and they have come up with another problem on why both cars won't be done until next week, but that's okay because my Dad and I understand stuff happens so we'll just wait till next week. Finally the week of having both our cars back is here (August 9th/4 weeks of having our cars)... My Dad calls to talk about picking our cars up, and the guy says something about not having the right parts for my car, but my Dad's car is done and my car will be done next week. Now to conclude this story I bring everyone to Friday, August 16th. My Dad goes to the shop to pick up both of our cars and long and behold my car is still not done... On top of everything they did a terrible job on my father's car. They left the inside of my dad's car dirty and dusty, also forgot to tint a window, and did a terrible job of tinting the windows they did tint... They have done NOTHING to show us any remorse on how long it has taken them to finish our cars. I hope writing this review will persuade others to take their business elsewhere!

These guys are the best! Everyone up front was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me in my repair. They dealt with my insurance company after receiving hail damage from a recent storm. They were very busy as I'm sure many people in Wichita also received hail damage, but they still managed to repair my vehicle in a timely manner. Their quality of work is the best in town! Highly recommend.

I worked with Ryan to fix a large dent in my driver's side door. He told me on a Wednesday that my car would be done by the coming Monday at the latest. My car wasn't finished until the next Wednesday. That was the one downside to working with Collision Works. Ryan was easy to work with and up front about what the repairs would look like. The paint/assembly team did a fantastic job on the repair, cleaned and washed my car after the repairs were done, which I really appreciated.

They had my car from May 28 thru July 5th when i was promised to pick up my car on the 3rd of July by their own Employees Ryan. I went to Check on the car on Tue the 2nd of July and was told it will take another week. We needed the car to be taken to Houston. The was picked up late so i couldn't check the work completely. The next day my steering wheel was tilted to the right and manager Tim told me he test drove the car him self and couldn't find anything wrong with it. They told me to take car to Walser Mercedes to get the alignment. I was told to walk around my car to make sure there are no damages at that time i noticed that my back bumper was not flush to the quarter panel bunch of dust and fish eyes in the paint job. After the alignment i took to another body shop to inspect their work and their work wasn't even done according to Mercedes requirement they used sealant and glue to fill in the space between parts and there were more damages under the quarter panel that were not even addressed. They charged my insurance $9500. The work other body shop has to do to fix their mess will cost another $14000. The new body shop gave me pictures before , after and during the disassembly. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE. They are good friends with the insurance company they keep each other happy on the expense of the customer.
