Genesis Health Clubs - West Central

My husband and I tried the 3 day gym pass. This place exceeded our expectations. They have everything we needed. So glad they have a sauna. They provided towels, which most gyms don't. Their locker rooms and showers are clean and stocked with shampoo, body wash and lotion. Our gym back home doesn't offer any of that. Their staff was friendly and approachable. They have excellent customer service. Thank you for allowing us to try your gym!

The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. They have top-notch personal trainers. Two of the best are Sam and Morgan I feel very comfortable there and encouraged their classes are as well top-notch and would recommend this gym to anyone.

Best health club in Wichita . Had a great workout , steam and tan . Jada is the best front desk girl and great at customer service !

Jada at West Central location provided the worst customer service experienc. I have a simple billing issue that is easily resolve but they have no interest in helping anyone. Scam artist and cons and she is a nightmare!!

Yah.. I dunno.. I made contact via social media and was advised to contact the location or they would connect me with a member .. I called when I got off work and there was no one there to assist with information.. hmmm.. considering they always have a team member available for new account I found that kinda strange.. then when I asked how many locations are in the metro area she didn't know that either.. then when I asked who the main contact or assistant was.. told me "I'm not allowed to give that".. what??? its online.. Brittany wasn't very knowledgeable..

Have mildew in classroom. Every time it rains roof leaks. Genesis will not fix anything

Genesis is a great choice to getting fit. I have been working out there for two years, and try my best to be there 3-4 times a week. The trainers are the best in the business. They are patient with any concern you may have and always helpful. I can say that my personal fitness goals are being met or exceeded as I am an older person. Cardio and strength training. Who ever said exercise is bad for you? As you work through the limits you used to put on yourself, you'll find you can do better and get better, just keep working!

This Genesis is the best in the Wichita area! Great employees, Jayda at the front desk is always so welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend Trey's sports camp for any student athlete! Definitely will continue to come here.

The big exercise room has had no air conditioning for almost 3 weeks. Genesis fails again on keeping stuff maintained

This gym is awesome the people are wonderful the trainers are nice .I always have a blast they don't judge anyone they are ways friendly
