They are worse then a used car salesman. Don't believe any of their "deals" as they will get you with hidden fees. I was lied to and the supervisor wasn't willing to make it right. Stay away from these scammers.

The staff is kind and helpful. I enjoy the classes like yoga and the facility is very clean!

I fell for it. They pushed a membership on me and I fell for it rushingly. The result? Management is hostile when you express concerns, the rate they quoted me was higher than the corporate I'm eligible for, and I'm only a few days in. Don't fall for the same mistake I made. I'm now desperate to transfer my memberships, except I wouldn't push this place on my worst enemy.

I can honestly say that I'm completely satisfied with this gym and I totally love the atmosphere while I'm there. I train hard and meet my goals day in and day out. Not only that but, the people there are awesome I've made more then a handful of friend's. We inspire one another and help each other out from time to time. All the staff there are real friendly and they are always there to help out if you've got any questions. I am greatfull for choosing this gym and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is seriously considering to make a change in there lifestyle.

The best gym in town! By far! This ones a little small but less crowded! Every member of the staff pushes you to achieve your fitness goals! If it wasn't for this gym I would still be working out with a bunch of people at the y who don't know what they're doing while they have their kids running circles around them! No thank you! If you're serious about working out;Genesis is the place to go!

So crappy. When they switched from Vasa to genesis they said, "you will pay the same rate as before, just to genesis instead of vasa." I payed 20$ a month at vasa and then when I look they want me to pay 47$ a month TO USE THE EXACT SAME EQUIPMENT AS BEFORE. Genesis is a joke/money grab for people who think they are a salesman.

The trainer Patrick will stand you up even though it's 900 for 12 sessions and then pretend like he didn't stand you up at all.

I see a lot of outdated and negative reviews on here, but this gym is excellent. I have been going there since February (then with covid, i did not go) but the trainers helped me get back into shape. You get 3 free sessions with a trainer when you sign up, although more costly than your average planet fitness, it's worth it and all of their locations are top tier. There is enough equipment for beginners or for more advanced folks, the staff are the most friendly people i've ever met at a gym, the gym is always clean, and they have so many classes for free. if you're looking for a gym to start at or to switch to, this is the place.

What do you expect from a bunch of money grubbing shysters who only care about getting your money and not providing any kind of good experience? Ever eaten at Spangles? The food is absolute CRAP!! Just like their so-called "Health Clubs"! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!

Seemed SUPER friendly until they found out I wasn't going to be paying for a membership right away when I was at my tour appointment and their moods immediately changed to hostile and rude like "ok bye" pretty much. Definitely in it for the money. And I also had to block their number because they called me 5 times a day every day
