Genesis health club continues to charge my bank account after cancelling my membership. I notified the company though their website and by texting the trainer I worked with that I cancelled my membership and expected to no longer be charged for dues. The trainer texted back that "Oh yes, your membership has been canceled." The same day I noticed my bank account was charged the dues fee. This company is totally disreputable. DO NOT SIGN UP AND PROVIDE ANY BANKING OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

Great facility, amenities, and staff. Always clean and a great atmosphere to stay focused. With exercise machines, a pool, and the hydro-massage chairs, there is something beneficial for everyone!

Meh. They were not pleased that I worked out there for the day. I was in town for work and needed a gym. They did not offer me a day pass for a cost so I just went with the tour. Kind of dated. If you need a gym they do have literally everything you could think of there.

This club has the BEST tennis program in Wichita by far! They have a ton of different pros and clinics and they're all great. Tony and Felipe are amazing and have helped me with my game so much. If you're looking to improve, this is the place to play!Also, my trainer Ben is awesome!! His workouts are the toughest ever and will whip you into shape!

Just got a tour from this guy can't even remember his name it was horrible and definitely smelt like he was drinking alcohol out of his Mountain Dew bottle. Couldn't even explain any of the rooms to us just said "I'm sure you no what to do you look like you workout "....

I'm only giving you four stars because when I first signed up I was told that I would get 50% off of the meal plan due to me being a premium member I went to the Rock road location and was proceeded to tell me that only your staff got the 50% off now that I had to buy them both to get a discount I'm not too happy with this because I was not notified it just changed and I understand prices change things change but that was part of my membership so why aren't I grandfathered in? I also had an encounter with one of your trainers he was a very nice person but he never followed up with me I suffer from depression, PTSD and anxiety so it's very hard for me to get out and do anything but the gym is something that I wanted to do so badly and I've paid for this service for this last several months and I still can't get over why your staff isn't interacting with people. I'm going to try the one on Harry because the only reason I went to Rock road was to get meal prep and I haven't been there in a while because I was in a car accident but I'm back now I expect exceptional service if you sell me exceptional benefits and the price that I pay I'm not going to plan it fitness right? So I expect exceptional service and say what you mean and mean what you say and not for that change no I don't think so that is unacceptable maybe you can get it right.

It's very difficult to cancel especially if you are traveling or out of town. Some of the gyms are nice, but those are very busy.Some are worn and not as updated. Services difficult to schedule.Very difficult to cancel contract and move on with other plans.

I made the mistake of trying this gym due to proximity to my location. I do not recommend this gym as it is over priced with no real amenities other than what is available elsewhere.

I would give it 0 stars if I could based on their billing. They make it incredibly difficult to cancel training and continue to automatically pull money from your account. I would not trust them whatsoever.

Froze my contract until June continued to get charged in full for three months. When I went to take care of it they told me it would take up to forty days to get my money back. Went up and canceled was told I'd get my money back in 2-3 days and all payments would stop. Put a block on them through my bank and received a call the next day as they were trying to charge me after I signed documents that I wouldn't be charged again! Today I received a letter saying I owe the balance they owed me as I had to get my bank involved to get my refund to begin with. Awful customer service and extremely pushy. I won't be giving this family my service anywhere in town.
