Free days are not free. Walk around tour followed by aggressive salesmen who never take a "no thanks". New equipment but gym is small and overpriced. Still better than planet fitness

Jeff is my trainer and has helped me walk again and for longer distances without a cane within 6 weeks. Hes very polite and encourages me to work harder each week. I would recommend him to anyone if you're looking for a trainer who knows his stuff.Linda Knoblauch

I have had multiple negative interactions with the staff at this gym. I do not recommend it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.They do not have a washer and dryer, so they have to have their towels laundered at West Central. They ration out the towels like food at a concentration camp. They do not have very many sanitizer bottles, so most people don't wipe down the equipment when they are done. I have never seen a staff member clean the equipment. Half of the showers in the men's locker room are out of order. It doesn't have a sauna or tanning beds. The hot tub is part of Blast Off Bay, so they want to charge additional money to use it. They advertise a smoothie bar at this gym, but they do not have one. I told them I wanted my daughter on my membership and instead they gave me a 60 day pass for her. We signed a waiver and some other form for her, but yet got hassled about her not having a membership every single time she came to they gym with me by the rude staff the works the front desk. The janitorial staff will pick some of the busiest times to clean the locker rooms. The stationary bikes are so poorly designed I hit my knees on the handle bars when using them. The bikes, treadmills and stairmills have TVs, but most don't get a good enough signal to watch anything. If you do get one with signal, there are more commercials than programming.
