Patti is so knowledgeable and extremely fair on her prices. She does not have the overhead like the mall. I have found many pieces at the store and have seen her created items and they are beautiful. Thumb print jewelry can be created for someone that has passed. I have used her for an Appraisal for insurance and put items on layaway.

Great local jewelry store! An assortment of gorgeous diamonds & precious stones. Even jewelry on consignment! Took my watches for new batteries same day and decided to have my gold necklaces repaired as well. Patti & Jenn were very accommodating -Friendly experts! :)

I took my wife's ring to have it fixed they ended up having it for three weeks. I called at week 2 to get my ring back and they didn't have the ring in the store. When they claim to have an on staff certified Jeweler? This doesn't make sense. It's frustrating not being able to have access to your ring. However the reason I'm giving a one star review is because the employees were not professional and rude. The employees were the middleman and they did not have the power or knowledge to call the shots and whoever's is calling the shots, they were never available to assist. If you have an employee who is running your business you need to be able to trust them and empower them to call the shots to assist the customer. (As every costumers needs are different) And because the employee was stressed as the middle man with no power I was lied to. To sum it up. This business is the opposite of a well oiled machine.

I ordered a necklace from this location on May 26th for my daughters birthday on July 2nd. I was told I'd be called when the item arrived. As of today, July 1st, I haven't received a phone call. So I went back to the store to see if my order had arrived and was told that my item had been delivered twice but the store was closed upon delivery, so UPS returned my item back to the manufacturer. When the staff asked to confirm my phone number, they had in fact wrote my phone number down incorrectly the day I placed the order. So even if they tried to call, I wouldn't have known. I was offered an apology and a complimentary bar of soap so my daughter could open that on her birthday, instead of the necklace that I had ordered and paid for over 1 month ago. Also the day I ordered the necklace, I brought in my watch to replace the battery, and the backing of the watch that keeps the battery and small parts protected has since fallen off and won't go back on. I've owned this watch for years and had multiple batteries replaced without this ever happening until a week after the staff at this location had replaced the old battery.Terrible experience at this location.
