At first viewing: looked like a drug deal going on in the parking lot. Then the two guys started pushing and yelling each other. Needless to say we left and went elsewhere

What a hidden gem! We stayed here on our way to KC and loved this little hotel. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We booked the suite with a jetted bathtub and loved our room. Spacious and quiet and charming. Tasty complimentary breakfast. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wow! You can surely appreciate the new owners! What a difference from the last time we stayed there three years back. Spent four nights and five days, and the family run business was awesome! So appreciative and dedicated to their customers. They even had fireworks for us on the fourth of July!Thank you again! We will be back!Best place to stay- no need to look any further!Linda G

Wow! I can't say enough good things about this place! Was here 3 days and 2 night. The rooms were clean and have everything you could ever need plus more! Loved the makeup wipes and shower cap provided (seems like that's not the norm anymore.) I've stayed at 10 hotels in the last 2 months and this was one of the best! When we needed plates to heat up food we got them! When we needed anything (or didn't need anything) it was always offered with a smile! Everyone was so friendly and it felt like everyone was family. I would definitely stay here again and I'm so glad we got to stay here; considering it's often sold out. I called a week before and it was sold out but I was quickly responded to when something became available. If anyone is curious where to stay; STAY HERE!! You won't be disappointed. Thank you all for making my stay so amazing. I didn't get pictures because we had so much stuff.

I loved it, it's calm and cozy. Beds are very comfortable. Very nice costumer service.

Highly recommend!! We love staying here every time. The location is convenient- the rooms are stylish and clean. During the warmer months they have bushes and bushes of beautiful flowers that my relatives used for a mini photoshoot. And most of all: the owners are SO NICE. Not only did they allow me to sit in their breakfast room to take my online classes when I wasn't even staying there- but they remembered my family from our stay four months earlier! This place is our go-to. We love it. It's the BEST. Cannot recommend it enough. Please support this local business because they're amazing.
