GangNam Korean BBQ and Sushi bar

My favorite dish here is the lunch teriyaki chicken bowl.I love the pickled vegetables and black beans and salads that they serve in the little bowls to the table. That is what makes this restaurant my favorite Asian restaurant in Wichita.

Food: The food is as good or bad as your ability to cook it. I felt it was an experience and if you like that sort of thing then this is the place for you. If not, then maybe try someplace else. Service: Not great, almost nonexistent really but not that hard to believe as you do have to cook your own food for the most part. I have been to better Korean BBQ places but this wasn't the worst service wise. Ambiance: 4/5 It certainly has a vibe. It is dark and somewhat cool but the bathrooms were not great. The table was clean and the music was ok. It was not the most well decorated place but was passable. The waiting area Ho front felt awkward as did the entrance.

I was visiting Wichita, Kansas and I wanted to try a Korean place and found this Korean restaurant. I came here for lunch and they have lunch specials which are good prices for the amount of food.I ordered spicy pork lunch box, galbi, and ramen and I really enjoyed all of it especially the Galbi!However, I wish the staff was more attentive and helpful, they were really slow and I felt like the person who was taking care of our table was ignoring us when we called him. But overall, I love the food and there are BBQ options as well!

So delicious!! The service was amazing, we had such friendly service for lunch, the food was hot, flavorful, and came out in perfect timing. The restaurant was an unexpected gem, in that it was good for a small date night or bring in a large group. The service was personable, efficient and just a great experience!Highly recommend

I ordered the two meat hibachi combo. I got the bulgogi and spicy pork. The bulgogi was succulent, sweet, savory, and tender. The marinade was pretty much on point. The spicy pork was spicy, well seasoned and came with an assortment of veggies. The veggies also had a great smoky flavor to them! The salad was a starter and came with a ginger dressing. Bright, and a touch sweet. It was the perfect appetizer!Cheers!

Really enjoyed Korean bbq here. We did the combo E which was the biggest one and it was enough for 5 of us. We did order appetizers as well as well as the seafood noodle soup. Which was a big portion and super flavorful. Everything was so delicious and tasty. Loved the side dishes as well and our server who was very helpful kept refilling it for us. The restaurant is nice as well good for groups, dates, and families. Would definitely come back if I'm in town. The only downside if they don't have sushi which I was looking for since it's in the name and yelp.

My wife & I love Asian cuisine. We were not disappointed! . Asian artifacts adorned the walls and videos of K-Pop artists sang and danced on the large screen wall mounted TVs. For starters we chose non alcoholic drinks due to the need to drive after dinner. Refreshing. We chose the meal for two, pork belly, rib eye, and beef brisket. The garnish was assorted kimchee, onions, radish, lettuce, and a bowl of steamed rice. The kimchee was hot n spicy but good. We chose to cook our own meal. That was a treat. The server showed us how. Once everything was delivered we started cooking. Be sure to cook the pork all the way through. All the meat was sliced thin and had been marinated. We cooked the meats and garnishes on the open faced grill. As expected the rib eye meat was tastiest. Good filling meal. We left with some meat in a "doggy bag" With tax n tip, $90 for the two of us.

I do love this place!!!!! I had a bad takeout experience. I love their chicken fried rice so much I ordered it to go with my orange chicken from "Oh Yeah Chinese bistro". I'm not sure if they changed cooks but my rice was bland and mushy which is something I never experienced from here. Alllll I'm saying is, please check your food before you walk away with takeout from here. My $15 went down the drain. I'll just stick to dining in here.

Ok, being the fair reviewer I am, and seeing that other reviews are more or less positive lately, I tried it again. It was delicious. I have the seating, they tend to sit people next to each other even when there are tons of empty tables. But that's just me. The food was good, though I am annoyed that we were given two small bowls of kimchi, while they table next to us, which appeared to order similar meals as us, were given a wide array of banchan, like 7-8 different types. We were not offered refills of the kimchi, and our server was very hard to understand and seemed a little short. Regardless, I guess that's why we love Gangnam - it's a roll of the dice what you'll get! We'll be back.

The food, customer service and drinks were on point. The establishment is clean and the ambience is great.
