Game On

Absolutely horrible. Me and my friends went here to get some games because my dog chewed up all of our old ones. Middle aged white bald guy with glasses full on DISRESPECTED us saying how we had been in here "long enough" and that we "shouldn't be in here looking for games for 20 minutes." At this time, we already had 4 games in our hands so he knew we weren't loitering or anything, and still rushed us out. This happened 30 minutes before they were closing. When I confronted him explaining that we were going to buy a bunch of games because my dog chewed the other ones up, he said "well, you have 6 minutes left." He also wouldn't look at me in the eye while speaking to me. There were 3 other people in the store who were there for just as long as us. When I told him that I would be leaving a Yelp review for the service, he said "go right ahead". So that's what I am doing. I will never EVER be giving this place my service and I suggest everyone else to do the same. I am absolutely pissed.

My friend and I stumbled into this place while we were at the mall. With the growing number of used dvd/video game stores going out of business it was nice to find one. Their prices were really reasonable with the dvds. They had at leave three aisles with used dvds and several aisles for video games. I did noticed that some of the games for super nintendo were not priced correctly, they were super expensive compared to what it would have cost to purchased them new. I understand that these games are now vintage but over a hundred for one game is ridiculous. Not all the games were like that but some were. This is why I gave this place a three because of several products being overpriced but most of the stuff were reasonable. If you are into used dvds and games check this place out.

This quint little store was like heaven to me. I buy most all of my games from there. Sometimes I even sell my games for a reasonable rather than GameStop's terrible cash back for exchanging in my games. Sometimes the prices are a little pricey but I don't mind. It's a little disorganized, and the staff are a little shaky on they're older game. They have console they're not mint condition but they're good condition. Over all this is a good store. I recommend going they're to check it out for yourselves.

Probably the worst retro videogame store I have been in (and the only one in Hutch sadly). Management is nice all be it out of touch with gaming. The prices are even higher than Ebay a lot of the time, the game selection is pretty much mainly sports games and shovelware, they most likely do not check their systems because I have bought so many consoles that didn't work or had the wrong cables, and finding 1st party accessories is next to impossible here, instead you get cheap Chinese accessories. I have nothing against the owners but I would suggest they take my critique into consideration.EDIT: Forgot to mention how the old man sometimes buffs the games so heavily they break.

Guy at the counter added my phone number to a text chat to advertise sales and local events.This chat was unmanageable. People asked multiple times to be removed and it continues to this day.Guy apparently dated a person in the group, had a bad break up and made a personal tournament to pay his bills and trashed her name... Toxic and predatory representative...Steer clear. Do not support this place until they clean house.

came in over 10 minutes before closing, and this guy said "you have 1 minute boys and you need to get out" and im a frequent customer and I buy something ussualy evertime I'm there. I found this very disrespectful and rude to make a comment like this to a frequent customer that likes the store.

Came to the mall looking for Pokémon cards, left finding just about anything a gamer could need. Magic, pokemon, dvds, vhs, and just all kinds of entertainment in one spot! This was a great find.
