Was there last night and ordered 2 pizzas, one with just cheese and the other one was a Taco pizza. The cheese was ordered with LITE sauce, that didn't happen. The other Taco pizza came with the toppings on the side, which I felt was a little strange. I've only lived out here since February and only found one pizza place that has a 5 star rating. Pizza on the West Coast IMHO is a lot better, But I will keep looking.

Andover and Derby are both good. The Derby place has a good Buffet, we go a lot and pretty good for the buck. They also give a veteran discount which always helps.

Gambino's Pizza in Andover is the worst. First time getting pizza from this location and I will never be back. The absolute worst service ever.Ordered a Large Pizza, Sandwich and Wings. They charged me almost 65 dollars. They told me it would be 50 dollars over the phone when I placed the order but apparently that did not include tax and a hefty tip they gave themselves without asking. When I asked to speak to a manager, they made excuses and gave me 5 dollars back in change as they could not refund the tip they gave themselves back to my card. Stay away from this location. They are thieves who will leave your wallet empty and your stomach unsatisfied.

Spent close to $40 dollars on two medium pizzas. You would think spending that much money on a medium pizza you would get sufficient amount toppings and sauce. Pasta is good but over priced.

I grew up liking Gambinos. For several months, I have been meaning to give this location a try. I ordered delivery, so can't say much about the restaurant. However, the delivery beat their estimate by 15 minutes and the driver was nice. I suspect he might have been the owner.The thing I like about Gambinos is simplicity. Their mobster pizza is old school good and better than the bigger well-known chains. You get tons of toppings with...get this....real extra cheese by default recipe. It's cooked perfect on top with the right amount of cheese gooeyness!

Pizza ordered through DoorDash. Way undercooked and doughy crust. Just because you're not serving it onsite doesn't mean you can undercook a pie and send it out the door. I tried it but won't be back

We ordered spaghetti and a calzone on the website for carry out. Went to pickup and they claimed they were out of spaghetti. They never called to notify us the we're out of spaghetti. How do you run out of spaghetti? Did it ever occur to anyone to pickup some spaghetti at Dillon's? I guess that's what happens when you leave teenagers in charge and don't provide guidance. I would have given a one star for the complete failure of customer service, but the calzone we ended up sharing, was actually pretty good. Unfortunately, this experience has caused us to lose confidence, so we won't be returning.
