G&L gave us great customer service! We were driving through town with a car emergency and they were able to take a look at our car with no wait. Ken was very kind!

I am really disappointed in the service received or rather not received. I was charged $47.30 for G&L to put my car on the hydraulic to tell me what I already knew. I just wanted a catalytic converter put on my car because the one on the vehicle had been removed. I left the car there overnight and was told they were swamped and would get to it the next day. The next morning I got the $420 price tag quote to do the job. This was $80 more than another shop I had gone to, where they did not charge me anything to look at the car and wrote a receipt quote complete with tax and labor. I was talked into G&L by my neighbor so my loyalty got the best of me. When I was told that I had to pay the $47.30, without prior verbal or written agreement of such a charge, I was in a moment of disbelief. The sad reality is, the charge I paid to G&L added to the price I paid elsewhere, is still lesser than the quote of $420 by G&L. Do yourself a favor and save money. Shop around outside of Northeast Wichita. Try American Muffler Shop on Oliver and Mt. Vernon for exhaust system work. They are fair. YOU DESERVE IT!
