Fuzzy's Taco Shop

Was a Sunday evening when I stopped by for a quick bite to eat. Staff - as another reviewer noted - were not too keen to help. They were happy to stand around and chat. To make matters worse they could not fix us any margaritas as the machine was broken.Food was about what one can expect from a fast-casual chain. Might be better options if you are driving through Hays.

They were about to close, but didn't hesitate to serve us with a smile. That says a lot! Clean dining area, with the same tasty food featured in all Fuzzy's!

Stopped on the way from KC to Denver; needed a break, and some food. Ordered the brisket nachos, and a bowl of chili. Ambiance is chain-like; tchotchkes and surfboards on the wall, etc. Garage door wall that was open when we were there; opened on the parking lot, but I thought it was nice to be 'outside'. Nachos were good; large proportion and good taste. Would stop again.

Update June 2024:No one from Fuzzy's reached out to hear about my experience. Rating went from 3 to 1. Poor customer service goes all the way from the location to the top.

The food was not anything special or to anything to call home about. If you want the good fuzzys food, head South to OK. The music was far too loud and i felt like i was having to raise my voice to speak with my date. We were not greeted with a smile and received very rude and lazy service. My partner gave the host his card to which the host tossed it on the counter when giving it back. He seemed irritated and didn't seem to want anything to do with us. Would prefer Taco Bell over this Fuzzys location 10 times out of 10.

First trip, last trip.World famous quest-cold out of a can.Combo plate taco, good portion but like a soggy salad on an uncooked flour tortilla. Enchilada, middle meat was hot but they covered it with the cold queso, rice was too crunchy to eat because it was bottom burned mixed in. Just so disappointed because the ambiance was great,

Traveling thru Hays, shrimp in the Taco was way over cooked, , the beef chimi churri fajita, taste mediocre, alot of salad, little meat

Ok, we have these home in Colorado but we stopped on a road trip. This one is so much nicer than what we have. Food was actually better than when we order to go at home. One of the employees even brought our puppy cold water in a bowl and a treat! It's a fast causal place, so keepyour expectations reasonable and you'll be satisfied.

Super pricy mediocre food- chicken salad had about 5 bites of chicken; pass on the cheese dip- had to be from a jar; got our order for two after seeing the order for four eating their food. Not worth it. You'll be happier somewhere else without the price tag.

We enjoyed the food, burrito bowl, and combo plate, over priced for fast food service and no table service, seemed understaffed, but clean.
