Worst customer service! My son was purchasing a living room set but it would not fit in his apartment. This store charged him$300 restocking fee instead of trying to help him. They were more interested in getting $$ than helping a young kid out worst experience he has had and very disappointing.

We were sold the Furniture Protect warranty in 2019 for $69.99. Salesperson explicitly said pet damage would be covered for one occurrence. When we tried to make a claim for damage, we were told it wasn't covered. This place has a good selection and some reasonable prices, but don't buy their warranty, it's a scam.

This was my first time purchasing from Furniture on Consignment and it was a wonderful experience. The facility was extremely busy when my nephew and I arrived, but we were greeted warmly. The gentleman that helped us apologized in advance for the wait and did inform us that he was helping another customer while working with us. He remained calm and professional throughout our time being there, which made the selecting of the furniture easy. The delivery arrived on time as promised and I love that I received a call in advance telling me that my delivery was 15 minutes away. I will be purchasing more from Furniture on Consignment. You have a new loyal customer.

I've bought at least 2 pieces of furniture from here and when I went in this time to buy a (very expensive) couch, the financial team was disrespectful, dismissive and had an overall bad attitude. Seemed like she didn't want to help anyone who was spanish speaking. We will be buying our furniture elsewhere, which is unfortunate because I love their stock.

We walked in looking for a dining room set as well as a living room set. We had been in a couple of times and already knew what dining room set we wanted, but we were unsure about the couches. Bobby was very friendly. As we walked in, he greeted us and helped us find our way around since I had screen shots of some couches we had seen on the website. He was very patient as I was a bit indecisive as to what I really wanted. He helped us get the best deal on the furniture we bought, we had a coupon we used on an accent chair we got and also got 10% off our dining room set. He was great.

We've purchased lots of furniture over the years, and we've always been quite happy. This time, we got a new sectional sofa, and Nelson was very helpful. We went in twice, and after the first visit, he followed up by sending measurements to us via email. When we came back in, he had our ticket written up and we were over to the counter to check out in record time. Prices are good and the service is great!

I waited for weeks on a small dresser. I had to put it together and it has a deep scratch on the top. I don't feel like taking it back across town. Than wait a few more weeks. Very disappointed with our purchase. Saleslady was very nice.

Great selection and good prices. Service was friendly and fast. Pick up isn't far from store. Would buy from here again.

Cheap and ugly furniture. Designed for people who don't want their furniture to last no more than a year or two.

Purchased 2 rocker recliners and the furniture protection plan. Was told the protection plan would be sent within 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and nothing. called the store and was told it would be about 30 days after delivery. 30 days came and went. called store again and they told me to call the company directly. Called but no one answering phone. called again the next week and got someone. They had no record of the transaction. They attempted to contact the store (doubtful) and said no one was answering. Directed me to send them copy of the sale. I sent a copy on the 8th of January. Nothing. Sent another email inquire. Said they needed a copy of the sale. Sent it again. Nothing. Filed complaint with Consumer Fraud Department of District Attorney. Terrible customer service.
