Freedom Sheds & Carports

Very informative of buildings and answered every question I had with no hesitation as if they were thinking of the answer. Great customer service, make you feel as if yiu have known them for years. I would highly recommend them if your looking to add a building to your property.

I ordered a carport from them. The process seemed easy and simple. Only downfall is the turnaround time for getting it installed. 3 to 4 weeks

Within a week of our shed being installed, the lock on the door broke and we were unable to close the door completely. We first contacted the installer to come out and help and he said he wouldn't be in town anytime soon and that he would mail us a lock and we could install it ourselves. We felt we shouldn't have to install this ourselves considering that we had just paid almost 4,000 bucks for this shed. We contacted Freedom Sheds and was assured that someone would come out and resolve the issue. After a few days of not hearing from them we called back and left a message. No return call. We called again and left a message. No return call. When we finally spoke to someone, we were informed that they would come out within a week to fix the issue. A week came and went with no action and no word from this company. Called again and was told that we would get put on the schedule. That was last week and we haven't heard from them though we have called a couple of times and just got voice mail. So, at this point, since we are going on 3 weeks without resolution, we are going to have to contact a locksmith to come out and bust the lock to get it off because the installer stripped the screws on the lock making it impossible to get off without some type of extreme action (the screw heads which were Phillips are now almost complete circles). I do not recommend this company. Once they get your money, hope that things don't go wrong because if they do, you won't get any action from them!
