Have had an oil change and now repairs done here. When I went in for repairs today, they quickly got my care in and figured out what was wrong: I had a bubble on the tire on the axle side that I couldn't see, and a bent tire rim that I could see. They found me a new tire and quoted me a price on all the repairs today. I had to go back a couple hours later when the tire got delivered, but I used their iPhone app to get a $25 off $100 discount!I highly recommend them! Fast, friendly, and fair!

There is a comfort that you get going to get work done on your car at the dealership. You get that same feeling bringing your car to Frank at Franks Automotive. He is straight forward and charges a very reasonable price and turnaround time is prompt and quick. I can't recommend his shop enough. I had my timing belt, water pump and many other things done and he was able to get it all done in a day. Saved me almost 1000 dollars had I brought it to the dealership. Frank provides all the quality and service that you would expect from a dealship but at a fraction of the cost. Will bring any future work to him. Support local business!

Word of advise, find someone more honest. Took a Nissan car in because the cruise control wasn't working and I didn't have time to mess with it. Frank found a bad cancel switch on the brake pedal and replaced it, total work time around 45 minutes. He charged $200 and some change total, $77 for an aftermarket switch and the rest labor. I did my own research and found that the switch he replaced cost $12.81 from Nissan and could be replaced in less than 5 minutes with a 13mm wrench and a screwdriver. I understand he has to make money but the job should have only cost around $80 to $100. I owned my own ATV and motorcycle repair business so I have a very good understanding of what repairs should cost, I wouldn't have charged that even for an entertainment item.
