Frankenbery Johnson, DDS

I have a fair amount of anxiety when it comes to dentists. I do not know what this stems from. It's not like I was mistreated when I was younger by a dentist. But anything outside of the semi-annual cleaning sends me into a fit of anxiety. I started coming to Frankenbery Johnson over ten years ago. My son and I both come to this clinic. My son is on the autism spectrum and has a hard time with new sensations or noises. Our dental hygienist, Lisa, is fantastic. She explains everything to him before she does it and allows him to feel each machine with his fingers while it's making a noise so that he knows what to expect. Dr. Rohr is probably the best dentist I've had in my entire life. She's patient with both me and my son and seems to remember personal details. At one point I had a reaction to the medication injected into my gums to numb me and she knew exactly what the problem was and talked me down. I never felt a thing after that. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr Frankenbery is awesome! I've been coming to him for years. His new location is also beautiful I might add. Him and his staff are the reason why I don't mind my dentist appointments. They've got a vast waiting room with water bottles and coffee free to you while you wait but my wait to be honest have never been long enough for me to actually enjoy those amenities. After you're done with the visit help yourself to some free cookies which I think is a great touch. My little brother used to hate the dentist when he was younger but here, he hates it a little less cos there's cookies.

Provider: Dr. Johnson has an extremely contagious & friendly personality, but with a high level of professionalism. Discusses short and long term dental health goals each time. Takes time to listen to your questions and concerns. Will not encourage you to get dental work unless it will benefit your oral health.Hygienist: My hygienist is hands down the best! She is so sweet, friendly, respectable and just hands down a great hygienist and person. She is always gives meticulous care to her patients teeth and gums. She gives very practical advice on areas to brush more, etc. Even though they only may see you every 6 months, they do an extremely good job of remembering you like you were an old friend. Staff: Very personal, kind, sincere and friendly! They always welcome you when you come and wish you well when leaving! The first time I went, they did a great job of telling me what my insurance would or would not cover and they did a very detailed background on my oral care and teeth concerns.Facility: Immaculate! Clean and professional, but still warm and inviting! ****HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR DENTAL CARE!!****

Nikki did my exam and cleaning and she was soooo nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and she also explained everything as she went along. I sometimes feel a little nervous to get my teeth worked on, but she actually made it into a very pleasant experience! Who would have thought going to the dentist could ever be a enjoyable experience!? This office is extremely nice, and every staff member is very professional and nice. My son was with me, and he now does not want to go anywhere else either! You will be very impressed also!! I can't say enough about this place. You must see if to believe it!
