Very knowledgeable and helpful group. I started training Jiu Jitsu with no experience around martial arts or wrestling. Not only are the coaches excellent, the team members are always willing to help and provide support. The staff works to bring in some great seminars. They also work closely with other gyms in the area to cross-train to create and grow a great training community within Wichita itself. The knowledgeable coaches and safe environment have created a fantastic place to train Jiu Jitsu, kick-boxing, or get in some great physical training.

They have Broga (Bro Yoga) on Sunday at 9:30 always a good time. The owners are so nice and this is a great place for family's. Kids can do Jiu jitsu and mom can do a kettle bell class.
