I've been training at Forge Fitness with Miles Brown for close to two years. Since i started working with him I have become a more competent, educated and well rounded athlete. He has taken the time to educate me on lifting techniques and cares about accomplishing the goals that are important to me. I have recently had two major injuries in the last year and both times he has helped me develop a personalized, creative exercise program that has maintained my current fitness level while I recover. These guys are hands down the best trainers in Wichita. I've been working out here for almost a year now and I've gained 20 pounds of muscle and look/feel better than I ever have before. The workouts are challenging and it's exciting to see the weights getting heavier each week.

I am a single mother of three and needed a program built for me, my needs and schedule. Training is solid and to the point but still fun and that makes habit forming easier. Miles does a great meal plan, it has been tasty and effective plus he is awesome at educating his clients on nutrition so they can fully understand their nutritional needs to achieve their goals. I have seen the results I've been looking for and am excited to continue to push myself with such a talented trainer so I signed up for another year. Now, I'm proud to say that I just turned 30 and am in the best shape of my life. I highly recommend this gym and all the trainers there.
