The best pedicure I've every had. The lavender pedicure was relaxing. They took the time on my toe nails and massage. For sure would recommend!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a salon. Tram made me feel so good and had great recommendations for my pedicure. I highly recommend the lavender citrus pedicure it is heavenly. And Sunly did so well on my nails and created the look I wanted so effortlessly. Thank you so much for the wonderful service I will definitely be back!

Most relaxing pedicure I've had in a while! Very clean and loved that it smelled like mint/eucalyptus inside instead of acetone. Great massage chairs, and really liked the hot stone massage. Toes look refreshed (I always just get a bright pink, no design). I called at 9:30 and they said they could fit me in at 10:15, there was no wait. And the workers were very friendly. Overall recommend!

First visit ....referred by a friend. Asked for Ann and she was great! Went there specifically to try the Citrus Pedicure and it was awesome! They float slices of oranges, lemons, lime, & grapefruit in the water while your feet soak. Then she did a series of great smelling sugar scrubs & a leg "mask" using citrus, oatmeal, honey, yogurt wrapping legs in plastic wrap (using the fruit from the tub) and then hot towels on top. After that a hot stone massage and another towel wrap. Of course....I'll be back!!!! Reasonable pricing & 5% discount if you pay with cash! Sounds like they have other options to try including one with Lavender. Make sure to give a nice tip! My 5 star rating is based solely on the SERVICE & all the effort this salon put into designing this FUN Citrus Pedi!

I went to Forever French because I recently moved into the area and was looking for a nail salon close to my home. I went at opening on a Friday and was able to get right in. The salon is absolutely beautiful inside. I asked for a soak off for my acrylic nails and for a full set. Instead of fully soaking my nails the nail tech decided to soak them for a shorter amount of time and then PRY the left over acrylic off of my nails using the corner of one of her un-used nail tips. They were not soaked enough to be pried off of my nails, it was very painful. And to top it all off, when she took off the acrylic on my thumb she ripped off a quarter of my natural nail. It was ripped past the quick and it was bleeding. She didn't comment on it and then proceeded to try to glue a tip on top of the cut. I had to ask her to rinse the area before proceeding with the nail application. Moving past the fact that she injured me, the application she gave me was terrible. The nails weren't built properly, so thin, it didn't look like I had acrylics. I asked for a 'V' design on one of my nails that was very, poorly executed. I asked for a coffin shape and by the end they just looked like very skinny square nails. Not at all what I asked for. I am thoroughly disappointed by this experience and will not be returning. I, in fact, went to my old salon across town later that same night and had them fixed. So, what would normally cost me $40-$50 ended up costing me $90! Terrible!!

The salon is clean and well maintained. The staff is very polite and friendly. I've been to both this and the ridge Rd location and have been impressed by the quality. The major downfall is that if you decide to come in on a weekend you need to prepare to wait. Make sure you schedule an appointment or you may be in line for a long time. But don't let that stop you from visiting if you are need of a mani/pedi!

I made an appointment a mani/pedi for me and my daughter and had to wait 15 minutes past the appointment time as they were very busy but then what's the point of making one. The total time for my services were 30 minutes for both mani and pedi, a record for sure. My manicure was done as I was sitting in the pedicure chair and you could definitely tell. The polish job was horrible and my cuticles looked just as bad as when I went in. The only reason I gave it one star was the massage during my pedicure was decent. Why take appointments if you are just going to overbook with walk-ins??

Had two appointments set for 9:30 for myself and a friend. Barely greeted at the door. From then on not a word from anyone. By 9:50 saw that one person would be open int the next 5 minutes meaning one of us would still be waiting. What was the point of making the appointment? Poor customer service. We walked out and went somewhere else. Won't be back!

Everytime I call to make an appointment the person answering is very rude. I am very disappointing in their level of customer service. They have the worst first impression I've ever experienced
