Fast delivery, beautiful arrangement. I live in Illinois, so I called and gave my order over the phone. It's hard to choose just what you want over the phone, but they did a great job. Would definitely choose them again.

When my special needs daughter passed away I went to Ruzen's for her flowers. They did a fantastic job! A actually asked for something unusual, my daughter only said few words, and Pizza was one of them. She loved Pizza. I asked for a large floral arrangement that looked like a slice of Pizza. They had never done this before, so we looked on-line and found one that was perfect. They created it perfectly! The other flowers I ordered were beautiful, but the Pizza flowers were amazing! I had used Ruzen's in the past, but after that, they are my go to Flower Shop!

Needed last minute flowers for my mother and they came through big! They are nice, with great service!!

Super happy with Ruzen's! I'm from Newton and remembered this floral shop for it's beautiful and long lasting floral designs. I now live in Houston - It was easy for me to celebrate my mother and my sister (a new mom) this mother's day weekend. I got on the website, chose two different arrangements (one for each recipient), and was able to put in delivery info for each. Simple!Today the flowers were delivered and both mom and sister were very happy! Gorgeous, full blooms in beautiful arrangements. Thank you Ruzen's for coming through!

The order process over the phone went smoothly. The girl on the phone was courteous taking my order. The problem was when I requested that they use a cell phone and snap a photo of the completed arrangement and send it to my cell phone. I requested this because it is the first time I have used their services. I have had some bad arrangements in the past (other businesses) that were cheapened and made smaller, or the designer used a lot of cheap fillers. Apparently, they don't want to show me the arrangement that I paid for - for some reason. They put me on hold for 5 minutes and then said the boss was out. They wanted to charge me $5.00 for a cell phone picture, which is ridiculous from all angles! I am not purchasing a photo to use in a business, I AM wanting to see the results of what I already paid for! Their business is not selling "stock photos". And a cell phone photo is not stock photo quality!I asked again for a photo of the arrangement I paid for, and the girl on the phone said she doesn't have time for me, then hung up on me. I can think of a couple of reasons this type of business would NOT want to send me a photo of the arrangement I ordered. One main reason, it doesn't look like the one on the website (I was told over the phone that they had all the right flowers to create that exact arrangement). I made it clear that I was OK with substitutions as long as they followed the original design shape and substance. Another possible reason, they used cheaper items to fill the order and a lot of cheap filler. They really fought me over this! This attempt to block me from seeing the arrangement was to clearly intentional. I usually try to order from reputable florists with a good reputation. This is my first time ordering from this business. I really wanted a photo so I can see their work and give an honest review.All I can say is "Buyer Beware" on this company. You don't know what you are getting and they aren't willing to show you.

Very professional place. Variety of fresh flowers and friendly staff , that will go out of their way to help anyone. Timely deliveries and easy to place an order. They also do a great job with funeral and wedding consultations. Flowers by Ruzen is a highly recommended place for your floral and gift needs!

Ruzen has been my "go-to" for two decades. Order, buy, wire & have always loved their quality and service. Unfortunately recently ordered a funeral arrangement and was terribly disappointed. When called to discuss was told there was nothing they could do. Sadly after this $300 mistake will no longer use my favorite go-to. Funeral mourners beware!!!

Here is a photo of what I ordered and a photo of what was actually delivered. I was so embarrassed - and for this humiliation I paid $75! These bear no resemblance to each other. Of course I received no phone call regarding any problems or issues with my order. There was no opportunity provided to discuss alternative arrangements or something to prevent this horrendous mess from showing up at my step mother's door. It's as though they thought they could take advantage and get away with it. I am 6 states away and couldn't be there to personally deliver my gift. I trusted Ruzen's and they let my family down. Shame on you Ruzen's.

We always get arrangements for hoildays at Ruzens and they last so much longer than any where else we've tried. We also get their body wash and hand soap because it is paraben and sulfate free.
