This place is great! I've ordered twice in the past 3 months & the bouquets are gorgeous & the ordering/delivering was flawless. My last order was to a school, but it was closed all week bc of the snow. Flowerland assured me they'd only deliver when the school reopened & I appreciated that so much! Will definitely order from there again!

Called and spoke to Barbara, she helped me design and absolutely beautiful arrangement and a tri folded pre-preprinted card with note.They took visa and emailed me a photo of the masterpiece! I look forward to ordering more flowers with them! Thank again

Ordered a last minute Mother's Day bouquet at 4pm on Friday, delivered by 9am Monday. Amazing, considering I've worked holidays in a florist and I know they're slammed! *Generous* and gorgeous flowers and I loved that they gave a purple vase and nice cheerful ribbon. I am so so pleased and highly recommend them.

Super friendly and willing to help a customer on short notice! One bridal bouquet, 3 groomsmen corsages, and a mother of the groom wristlet! All in three hours to create and with a smile!! If you need a friendly florist that does a great job - Flowerland is your go to place!!!!

I purchased a floral arrangement for a funeral in Bartlesville OK. I did purchase the the arrangement through the obituary from the mortuary.I believed at the time of purchase, I would be unable to attend the services. The floral arrangement was intended to be a gesture to convey to the family my thoughts were with them and sorrow at being unable to attend.I was able to attend, and was so mortified at what was received by the family as my before mentioned intended gesture. I am not someone who thinks the finished product has to/will translate exactly from the picture provided.I have purchased arrangements four previous times, in similar circumstances and have never had this experience. Not even something close.I believe that several factors could have contributed to my experience, flowers having to be substituted or the vase perhaps.This was a blatent disregard for what was ordered. The arrangement had a completely different vase, except for the color and had approximately ten blooms, that was including the greenery. This was a dismal display of workmanship, I feel my gesture would have been better received if I had arrived, roadside bouquet in hand. I am to embarrassed to offer my apologies to the family. That these were not my feelings in regards to their loved one.I'm leaving this review in hopes of preventing this from being someone else's experience. Your business cannot fix a problem if they were unaware there was problem.

I adore this flower shop. We live out of town but have various family members that live in Bartlesville. I have called or ordered online from Flowerland for multiple different occasions and they are always so, so kind and helpful. They are also timely in their deliveries and have never delivered a thing that hasn't been of superb quality. I'm sad they aren't in my own city! Would recommend them to anyone wholeheartedly.

I was in dire need to get flowers delivered today for my daughter's birthday, before the cut-off time for same-day delivery. I was cutting it really close and called Flowerland with one last hope. Well awesome to my surprise, Laura was able to make it happen for me ( and happen for my daughter ). We went over the details efficiently and quickly with the completion of the entire transaction in about 5 minutes. She also said don't worry, we will make it really pretty...that was a huge plus for me to hear!!So I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU TO LAURA- whoop whoop!!I am so thankful I ended up calling Flowerland and having Laura reassure me that the birthday girl will get her arrangement today and be delighted.What great customer service right from the start, not to mention quick thinking and genuine kindness. My experience with Flowerland was fantastic and I highly recommend them for ALL your floral needs...

I've ordered from them many, many times, and always hear how nice the flowers are. The few times I have actually gotten to see the flowers, the bouquets were beautiful. A recent mixed bouquet of red carnations and daisies in a red vase was lovely. It had some sort of gel in it to maintain the water, and was perfect for transporting from a hospital room to rehab, no sloshing. The flowers lasted for nearly 3 weeks, and didn't have to be watered very often-- they might have lasted even longer if we had remembered to add water to the vase the last few days.The folks on the phone are always friendly, have good ideas for what to send, and are very accommodating with the deliveries (making sure to call ahead, eg). I really appreciate their service and will continue ordering from Flowerland!
