Flint Hills Spas and Pools - Wichita

This place is awesome! My new Jacuzzi hot tub was delivered and set up professionally. Highly recommend them for anyone's spa needs.

Flint Hills Spas has had the worst customer service! They take multiple days/weeks to return phone calls, if they return them at all. They do not notify you when they are coming for a service call or that they've been there to service your spa. We had an issue that should have been covered under the warranty as it was a manufacturing defect and it took months for them to finally resolve the issue, but come to find out they replaced the broken part with another broken part. I have no desire to continue working with them, but now I need them to fix this part!

Perfect addition to our new home. We shopped and compared, sold on flint Hills! Enjoyed by the whole family. Flint Hills always available as needed.

BEST COMPANY EVER!!! Always helpful and very friendly whenever I go in for chemicals. They know their stuff!! Have never been out of anything I have gone in for. My Island spa is about 4 years old now and runs like new. I have had to have 1 small gasket replaced. They were out when schedule, got it fixed and cleaned up afterwards. Even checked the chemicals in my spa. Any questions I've ever had, all I have to do is call one of the stores. All of the employees know the answers. If not, they find out.
