Their restaurant is closed so had to eat at their cafe at the end of the casino. The prices were pretty steep, when you can go into Ponca City for better tasting and cheaper food. The water park is closed during the week and only opened Thursday through Sunday. If someone comes here with kids then the kids have to stay in the room all week long until the weekend. There is also a game room for kids but it's closed as well. It opens when the water park opens. The staff is pretty good and nice. The whole place is a good place if you want to just relax at some place quite because no one is here during the week. Their room that I stayed in was just that a place to sleep and shower and change. There are no small fridges or microwave for anything that you might have brought with you or if you have leftovers from their cafe area.

Just to be upfront, I did not visit the casino or any of the restaurants aside from the one inside the water park so this review is pretty much based on the water park. I took my 2 kids for an overnight stay specifically for the waterpark. Booking online was easy, the rooms are about $200 per night and that includes waterpark access. Here's a list of pros and cons:Pros: *Parking was easy and relatively close to the entrance near the waterpark.*I requested a room closest to the waterpark and we definitely got that. *The waterpark is a decent size, much smaller than Great Wolf Lodge in KC but that was a perk for me since I'm a single mom taking 2 young kids. I was able to keep an eye on both of them no matter where I was in the park. *There's a snack cafe inside the waterpark with basic things like hot dogs, cotton candy, nachos, soda, and ice cream. The website says you're not supposed to bring your own food but I brought several bottles of water in my bag and no one said anything. *The lazy river was AWESOME! It's a good size that kept my kids entertained for hours and has jets that push you along in some spots so that kept it fun too.*There are slides for adults and bigger kids and for younger kids too.*There were plenty of chairs to put your stuff, lockers are available too but I didn't feel the need for them.*You can rent as many towels as you want for free, just make sure you return them or they are $15 each. *The restroom in the waterpark also has showers and stalls for changing clothes. The restroom was clean but the floor was VERY slippery when it was wet. I definitely recommend flip flops or water shoes. *Not overly crowded. Definitely more comfortable and more space than Great Wolf Lodge. Cons:*When we walked in to check in, not a single staff member at the desk greeted us or even appeared friendly. Finally a woman at the desk said "last name?" and that was her way of checking us in. *Obviously since it's a casino my kids immediately noticed the smell of cigarettes. Our hotel room on the beachfront side did not smell though.*The coffee shop and the more kid friendly restaurants outside the waterpark were not open, staff did not give a reason for this but it was disappointing as there isn't fast food close and this was my plan for our meals while here including breakfast. We ended up using Door Dash and ordering McDonald's for breakfast the next morning. *Our hotel room was a King bed with sofa sleeper. The room itself was nothing to write home about it, it was very basic and the TV was pretty small considering the size of the wall it was on. The sofa bed was dirty, there were pretzel crumbs on it and the mattress itself looked old and worn. You could feel the springs on it when you sat down. My son slept it on it and said it was fine, for an adult it would be miserable. There was a working mini fridge in the room, no microwave. The sheets/blankets were just okay. The room seemed like it was cleaned very quickly.*The waterpark hours suck. It is only open on Friday - Sunday. Opens at 4 PM Friday and not until 11 AM Saturday/Sunday. Keep in mind, other than a small overpriced arcade there's nothing for kids to do in the casino or surrounding area. My kids watched TV and played in the room but were really anxious to get to the waterpark so that was frustrating. *Most of the lifeguards seem to be attentive, there were a few that you could tell really didn't care to be there. Also I thought there would be more lifeguards, I only noticed 4. *The waterpark used to be accessible to guests only and recently they started offering day passes. I imagine this will mean a bigger crowd. Overall this is a great option if you're an hour or two at most away. I wouldn't drive more than an hour to get here. I would probably come back just because it is closer than Great Wolf Lodge and cheaper. If it gets more crowded due to Day Passes and if cost goes up then I won't be coming back.

We booked a Room and decided to make it a little Mini Vacation -- while going to their Event Center to see Charley Pride in Concert! Their prices are higher during events -- so it was $169, plus Tax -- totaling $185.30. Apparently, Sunday through Thursday their rates are usually between $99 and $129.Booking the room went easily with 'Bryson' about 2 weeks before the event. When we showed up and checked in, 'Kevin' checked us in, gave us our keys and explained their 'Free Breakfast' that comes with renting a room. We went and got our bags and went up to the 3rd Floor and our keys wouldn't open the door. So we trekked back down to the Lobby and they reprogrammed our keys. Up we go, and the door opened fine this time. The maid kept watching us from the hallway -- which was a little unnerving. So we drop off our bags and check everything out -- then we decide to go get an early Dinner before the Concert. We went to their Flat Water Bar & Grill (see that additional Review) and had our Appetizer, Dinner and Drinks. Then, in less than an hour, we head back to our room to relax before the Concert. So we reach the Elevator and when the door opens -- there are 2 Security Women with a Rolling Valet and ALL OF OUR POSSESSIONS are on it. Hubby WAS in such a good mood up until then. He didn't recognize our stuff, but I did! I said 'What's going on?'. The older of the 2 says 'That's what we want to know! You've been ejected! There is no record of you checking in -- how did you get in that room? Did the Maid let you in?'. I said 'we checked in and were given keys' -- by then Hubby said 'Oh HELL NO!!' And he STORMED over to the front desk -- the women ran and got the Manager who came out to the Counter. The man that checked us in, looked and saw that HE GAVE US THE WRONG ROOM! He apologized profusely and looked highly embarrassed. We said "who is taking our stuff back upstairs?' and the Manager told the man who made the mistake to do it. That aside, the Room was very Clean and Nice. No Frig or Microwave for $185 -- only in the Suites, which are an additional $30 a night. The Bed was comfortable and it had 4 pillows -- which is good -- because we each use 2 pillows at night. The TV was a good size and the Accessories in the Bathroom were nice (in case you forgot to pack yours). I felt grateful that we weren't placed next to the Elevator or the Ice Machine, since we are both light sleepers! The MOST Fantastic part was that Hubby went to get Ice for us and CHARLEY PRIDE was getting his own Ice!!!!! Wish I hadn't stayed behind unpacking! Later that evening after the Concert several of his Band Members passed us in the Hallway :) Without that incident with the Security Person -- I would have rated this a 5 Star Experience. I decided to call and discuss it with the General Manager, but she was on Vacation and won't be back until February. I wish I had looked at that Woman's Badge -- she was Impertinent and Rude. Made us feel like Common Criminals (who paid $185 a night). I know the exact time it occurred and fully intend to pursue this with the General Manager (Lorianne McClintock) upon her return. Oh, and they have Room Service between 5pm and 9pm. Just so that you know -- there is a TRAIN across the street! So it wasn't quiet through the night (unless you are used to sleeping around Train Tracks). The 'View' out of our window -- overflowing Trash Dumpsters!!

The rooms were clean and the water park was a blast. Certainly there were opportunities for improvement, but overall this was a very positive experience. Highlights included: attentive staff, very clean through out, no lines at the big slides, and diverse options for the whole family.

The place is less smokey, has a full bar with sports showing on several sets, a restaurant and live gaming tables. And of course....slots!!

Fun little casino to gamble and have a drink. The staff and bartenders are all very nice. The patrons are mostly locals or maybe people who live within an hour or two away. Definitely not a destination casino although they added a small hotel recently. There's not a lot of table games but a good amount of slots, including those unique bingo slot games. The video poker games are a little underwhelming in variety. I'm not sure if the the food is good but I noticed there is a restaurant and snack bar.

Very disappointed with our latest visit at this establishment. In checking in to our room my companions both female, complained of the toilet lid not being secure whenever they used the rest room. I tried my best to hand tighten the bolts but needed pliers. Also, the room was very warm and turning the thermostat all the way down as low as possible, did nothing. We talked with Penny (in person) at the front desk, who assured us both problems would be dealt with immediately. They were not. In fact, they were not dealt with at all. I tried contacting the front desk no less than 5 times from our room and got a busy signal every time. I finally called their outside line only to be connected to voice mail and forced to leave a message, which was never returned. This happened twice. At this point, 12:30, we were exhausted, so we gave up and suffered a miserable night sleeping as best we could. Is this the way to treat returning guests? If so, this will be my last visit to this hotel. Between the three of us we spent several hundred dollars on gambling, dinner, and hotel. We can spend these dollars elsewhere that appreciates its guests and takes care of them when there's a problem.

This is only because the water park otherwise I would have given a 1 or zero if possible. Rooms in the new addition are starting to get the cigarette smell. Cost more that a trip to great wolf - go to KC!!food after two visits has not changed since opening - last night the spaghetti was sour not sure if bad water boiling noodles or the sauce had gone bad attempted to order several items but out. Coffee not operational at the cafe by the water park last night or this morning. So with 1 hr 1/2 left of breakfast service - out of donuts, bacon 1/2 done, gravy was powdered and tasted like paste ice machine not functioning, coffee still not working Then go to the snack bar in the water park out of food items, if you want fries with your burger you have to order them inside not with your burger, they only serve ice cream after 1 when they open at 11 - I guess it only freezes after 1. LOL. Ordered to pickles - lot the family was punk'n me when I got back to the table and the pickles were hollow inside - took them up and all their pickles were hollow. Management never came out and spoke to us just kept sending the desk person. Poor customer service and lack of interest in patrons feedback to improve their services for families.

In September 2022 I made plans to have my family Christmas at 7Clans Casino in Newkirk. I reserved several rooms at that time and was guaranteed that the waterpark would be open on my dates since it was during the week between Christmas and New Years. The waterpark was the main attraction for us as there were going to be five grandkids with us and several adults who were also looking forward to it. Plans were made with family members coming from within the state and from other states. Airplane tickets were purchased with these plans in mind. I continued to call the casino about once a month to verify that the water park would be open and was always told yes. On December 2, I had someone ask the general manager to verify that it would be open and according to them, she said yes. On December 13, I received a telephone call from someone who informed me that the water park would not be open. A couple of days later the manager also called me and wanted to know what I wanted to do about my reservations. She cancelled them for me, but offered nothing to me for all of the misleading information and the inconvenience to my family. This totally ruined the fun Christmas plans I had for my family and my respect for this company and this manager is zero.
