This was AWESOME! We went for an after hours event, 'how to put a t-Rex to bed'. It was only a 2 hour pass that way but perfect amount of time for my 6 year olds! The Dinos truly are life-like and the staff was amazing. Even the bouncy house impressed me- not your typical bounce house!

Perfect for 2-6 years old. My 3 and 4 year old enjoyed it. They didn't want to leave. They have been singing one of the dinosaur songs from the show for last couple of days. However, I thought it was pretty cheesy and overpriced, but at least kids had a lot of fun.We went was 89 with real feel of 98. Way to hot, not much shade when walking around. Recommend going on day weather is nice.

Field Station is a great stop if you have children that love dinosaurs as does mine. At four he has a limited attention span but he enjoyed looking at all of the dinos even if he didn't care too much about the facts. The putt putt course was also pretty neat with the water features. I'd plan for about two hours unless you want to see multiple shows.

Played mini golf - nice course, some challenging holes. Recommend it. There are a few water holes that make play difficult. Flags in every hole is a nice touch.

Ridiculously overpriced. $16.50 adults, $13.50 for kids. Then if you want mini golf or "digging for bones" or a physical challenge course it's an additional $10.00 per event per person!! The basic admission lets you walk through the park area with its dried out grass and plants and dirt paths to look at the animatronic dinosaurs. They're interesting but you can do it in about 40 minutes. There are a couple sideshows (2 on the day we went - Friday afternoon) one trying to "educate" you on birds being dinosaurs descendants which might appeal to 5 or 6 year olds and the other one which requires teams doing some physical activity in their little arena and from what we saw definitely didn't interest us. The first show mercifully lasted only about 6 minutes. Supposedly they have other shows but not while we were there. The day we went it was hot and sunny. There's little to no shade and absolutely no snack bars or kiosks open to get any kind of refreshments. Two places had a large thermos with lukewarm water and little paper cups. As with most places like this you have to exit through the gift shop with its pitiful lack of souvenirs. Most of the space was empty. When you enter they take your picture in front of a green screen and then later show it to you in the gift shop. You have a choice of backgrounds ( hence the green screen) but the lady in the gift shop had difficulty operating the computer to show us so we left. Unless your kids are totally goo goo over fake dinosaurs save this activity for when you have absolutely nothing else left to do.

Go during the holidays for the dinosaurs at night. It's lit up with Christmas lights the dinosaurs are decorated. The exhibit is actually really good if read all of the plaques. Most of the dinosaurs featured were discovered in N. America and many in the Midwest. $10 per person $1 hot cocoa or cider. If you're tired of being couped up with family And want an outing between 5-9pm check it out

This park was a pleasant surprise. The dinosaurs were nicely described on easy to read signs, and the displays look as realistic as could be expected. We appreciated the festive and creative way the park was decorated for Christmas. The park is well maintained. We found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. We adults enjoyed the park as much as the kids. Thanks for a great experience.

We had a great time! We went on a weekday and almost had the place to ourselves. The staff was friendly and courteous. Dinosaurs were so cool, with lots of information posted at each one. A couple need repairs, but in all great displays. (I can't imagine what it takes to maintain them!!)Mini golf, included with ticket, was one of the best we've played in the mw region. Great pace and interest. Fun for all ages. Bathrooms were immaculate.
