I have used the Feuerborn Team twice in the past two years, and both times they have gone above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Wichita area. I decided to sell my first home in late 2014. It was in good condition, but not very marketable; it was only 800 square feet and in a poor neighborhood. When we did get an offer, the buyers were difficult to deal with. Their financing fell through a couple times, and they weren't very easy to work with during negotiations. I really appreciate Megan doing the go-between with the buyers. I would have lost my cool. When we finally reached an agreement, I had difficulty with the appraisal due to some siding on the detached garage. Megan and Greg Feuerborn both came out, on a freezing, drizzly winter day, to assist me with replacing the siding and painting to match. I felt at that moment that I had definitely chosen the best agents. How many agents will take time out of their day to help their sellers make exterior repairs in the dead of winter?!A year later my boyfriend and I decided to purchase a house together. I told him we had to use the Feuerborn Team; I knew they would be communicative and helpful and do everything they could to help us find and purchase the right home. We had absolutely NO idea what we wanted when we started looking. But Megan was amazing, sending us all kinds of listings. We ended up looking at 25 or 30 houses in a four or five week period. Everything from historical colonials, to new constructions, to established ranch homes. When we'd visit a house, Megan would ask a lot of questions and try to draw out exactly what we were looking for. We finally found this amazing one owner home in North Wichita. Unfortunately, we ran into negotiation problems again. The owners had custom built this home and were very proud of it; it was difficult to come to an agreement on selling price and needed repairs. Megan to the rescue again! She is so diplomatic! She spent a lot of time going back and forth between the sellers and us until we reached an agreement. I feel like both parties got an excellent and fair deal. I know this is an overly long review, but I just cannot say enough good things about the Feuerborn Team. I hope I don't move again anytime soon, but if I do, I would definitely give Megan and Greg a call. They are very responsive, polite, and trustworthy. They go out of their way to help find the right home and handle any issues that arise during a sale. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Wichita area. You won't be sorry. Oh! And I believe they do special work with military and law enforcement, so if that happens to be you, definitely give them a call and see what they can do for you.

Megan and the Feuerborn team were awesome to work with. My husband and I sold our house this summer and it was as least stressful as it could have been due to working with these awesome people. You don't feel like you are working with just realtors but friends. We actually saw Megan and Greg at a social event and while we were there they set up the visit that would get our house sold. They go above and beyond what anyone could except and working with them really made the whole process a lot less stressful! Megan also listened to our wants and needs for our new home and found us our home almost immediately. They know what they are doing! If you are buying or selling in the Wichita area I strongly recommend them!
