The worst technicians and experience in the ICT so far. They don't know how to fix your system but will claim they have figured it out and will charge you to poke around for two hours and do nothing. Al the technician is a stooge.

I called Fenix to come out for diagnostic and service on a Saturday (which is a higher rate). The technician called prior to arriving like stated to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he tried to diagnose the HVAC for about an hour the whole time saying, "I'm confused" and "it shouldn't do that". He claimed he tried replacing the control panel which didn't work. He then tells us he thinks it's a Fuel Charge (or something like that) and that it doesn't go out often so he doesn't have one on the truck and needs to take about 45 minutes to go to his shop and get the part.He comes back after an hour and replaces the part to no avail. So he turns to my husband and me and says, "I'm sorry. I can't figure it out and I've already called my boss too and we don't have any idea. I'm going to have to call it for now and we will have to get a fresh set of eyes on it Monday".Monday comes and I called to ask what time we can expect them. I'm given a time of 2-6 PM and that they would call when on their way. The new technician did NOT call but arrived at 4 PM. After an hour, he determines that the first tech did not replace the control panel like previously stated. Again, this part is NOT on his truck that the other technician is on his way back to the shop so he will have him get the part and come out to replace it but it might be awhile. He will call before heading your way. An hour later we get a call from the SAME technician that came on Saturday saying he was about to leave our house because we stepped out to grab food and were not home. I told the technician I'm on my way back. When we arrived I prodded, "Sorry we weren't here. I thought you were going to call before arriving?" He has the nerve to say, "I didn't have your number it's with the other technician". I didn't argue further but he WAS able to get the number when he was threatening to leave. Plus he should have had it from Saturday. The technician tells us that originally he had the wrong type of control panel and they went to Lennox's website and now have the right one. This time the HVAC was repaired and the parts were under warranty which was expected but we would pay a diagnostic charge. The technician stated though that he still had to charge us the higher rate for the Saturday diagnostic. I said, "I refuse to pay the higher rate because it wasn't diagnosed on Saturday. You didn't know what was wrong with it. I want to speak to a manager". I was told that he would pass this on and have one call the next morning. He then went to his truck to write up the paperwork and came back in trying to have me sign the bill which states by signing I agree to the amount on the bill. Which I just told him I refuse to pay.He took the paperwork unsigned and left. By Tuesday afternoon, I called Fenix because the manager did not reach out to me. Jeff the service manager was already aware of the situation and was very rude. Jeff was trying to say that the technician did diagnose the issue on Saturday and that's why they were charging the Saturday fee still. I told him that the technician left on Saturday saying he "was confused" and "didn't understand what's wrong; that he would have a fresh set of eyes look at it on Monday to diagnose". He tried to argue that the tech knew what was wrong with it but just had the wrong part. I said regardless he did not communicate the diagnosis to me or fix the problem and I went all weekend without heat. I had to buy a space heater because the temperatures were below 30 degrees. Jeff says, "I'm not going to argue with you. The technician already quoted a lower fee than normal for Saturday but because you went without heat I'll change the fee to a normal workday and send it to you".I have no clue what he meant by lower fee than normal that was never stated. The price adjustment should have been automatic not me having to fight for it. I was a customer for 10 plus years and used Fenix to install a new AC and HVAC but the first time I need my units serviced it's a nightmare. I will never use them in the future now that I know their service technicians are unreliable and the managers believe their service technicians lies over the customer!

We had Fenix install our Lennox HVAC system when we built our house 22 years ago. System was still functioning but AC needed an upgrade. We decided to purchase a complete new system, AC, Furnace, Lineset and WiFi Thermostat. What a great system and great price! Chris and Cody were our installers and the guys were amazing. They did the whole job in a day, were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Like they were never there. Haven't tried the Furnace yet, except for the initial test, but the AC with variable speed fan is fantastic. Last year's June/July Electric Bill was $354. This year's June/July Electric Bill was $196. Needless to say, We couldn't be happier with the new system!! Thanks for a great experience, Cory! Highly recommend!

New $7,000 AC Unit installed and can't get the house temp below 75 degrees. Called and spoke to the service manager, he kept talking over me, telling me that was acceptable. Really?

Very rude Receptionist. Showed zero ability to reschedule appointment within a week of prior schedule. She wanted me to book out another month from prior appointment. No flexibility and no willingness to work with the customer. For a yearly Fee I pay a year at a time to check air conditioner and furnace. I've shown my loyalty to this firm for many years ....she didn't seem to care.

I had Fenix install a HVAC system in my woodworking shop and man cave and they did a great job. They recommended a traditional system for the wood shop and an energy efficient heat pump solution for the man cave. Both have worked flawlessly.
