UPDATE! Despite no return calls from the owner the full amount of the purchase was credited to the credit card used for the transaction. I still think owners and staff should practice improved communication methods. I do realize, however, that the refund is a departure from their store credit policy on returns. That is worth quite a lot and I'm grateful.

Uhh yeah I bought a recliner from here a while back. I was looking for a very specific small size and they had it in stock. Price was a bit steep but it is a very nice leather / pleather recliner. Delivery was that afternoon at no charge. Salesman I believe his name was Randy was helpful. As always shop around for furniture and dont buy the first thing you see. 09DEC17.

Just because something has existed for many years doesn't mean it's any good. Let's just start off by saying that. They have a person that works ( I use that term loosely) there that is horrible with customer service and can't seem to fit into his pants. I hear the actual owner is a nice guy, but if you try to get him on the phone people run interference and never let you speak to him, probably knowing a complaint is well on its way. I can't divulge too much information about my experience for fear of fat boy retribution, but suffice to say it's the little things that matter in business and this place doesn't do those well at all. It's all about the sale and once the sale is made you're on your own and they don't even try to be nice anymore. Quality is lacking, prices are through the roof and delivery ends up damaging your products. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody. They don't deserve your hard earned dollar.

Went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Was greeted by a nice man that didn't try to upsale or anything. He only showed me what I wanted. I was i and out in under 30 min. Very nice furniture, I will be back.

Purchased a sofa recliner a couple years ago. The customer service in the store was pleasant and helpful. After a month or so, the back cushion had be replaced which I appreciated them doing. Because it was attached to the frame, the sofa was picked up and repaired in their shop. Within in a couple months the fabric in various places started raveling and seams started coming apart. I don't have any bouncing kids, just a one person household. Unaware of the one year fabric warranty, I called a month or so too late. They said they couldn't do anything. Over my lifetime, the sofas my family and I have purchased have lasted for years. This is the first time one didn't even make it a year. It continued to ravel and get worse exposing the stuffing so I eventually had to get rid of it. The recliner foot rests also didn't remain in position when extended. I made several attempts to talk to the owner and did finally get to speak to him. I asked if there was anything he could do to help. He said he would try to give me a good deal on a new sofa. Overall I was extremely disappointed in the lack of quality, wasting money, and feeling like no one really cared.

Rick, Bertha and Donia were amazing! We just moved here from across the country and had 1 day to find a couch before we left on a honeymoon. After no customer service at Ashley's Home Furniture, we went to Feldkamp's and they took great care of us! Fantastic guest experience, awesome military discount and very welcoming to the community! We will be back for the rest of our furniture.

Bad customer service, bad communication, bad effort to provide any resolution. 3 months later and still no couch. Tried to charge me a restocking fee for a product they never had. There are plenty of other furniture stores in Manhattan. Do yourself a favor and start there.

Outstanding Customer Service. I am retiring and moving from California to Eudora Kansas. I went to the online site to order some furniture to be delivered prior to my house prior to my arrival to make things more comfortable for my family. The furniture I ordered would not be available for 8-10 weeks. Ryan worked with me to find similar items that he had in the Manhattan store and scheduled it to be delivered prior to my arrival. His professionalism and desire to meet my needs has made me a customer for life.
