The owner I am assuming has a great personal fashion sense. The clothes are a bit hit and miss right now, but I imagine as she gets more into the year, her selection will get even better. Pricing is on par with other consignment shops. The return policy is only seven days and store credit. If she gave two weeks to return for credit I think that would work for most customers.

Customer service is not on the menu at this bar. Every time I have tried to sell my very nice clothing from upscale Bradley Fair stores, she is too busy and gave me the impression I should value her time more than mine. She is not very friendly.

You do not receive cash on the spot, you receive a check. Be prepared to wait at least two hours for the owner to go through your clothing and you are not allowed to make an appointment. Last time i was there she was too busy to look at my clothing at all and told me to come back the next day as if my time is not valuable. I have not and will not be back.

The owner is great and the sales are better that what i have found in most consignment shops here in Wichita. SHe allows layaway on great products and her prices are reasonable if not great for the quality and condition of her products. I love her $5.00 rack and I am a big fan of her purses. I have purchased several purses and sent them out of state as gifts. Although i am an advent shopper and shop all over the country for great purses and prices ( I have found the same authentic purses at a lower price and and brand new) I have and will stop in to see what she has and what promotions she has going on. She is great. The clothing is a little high in price for my taste because i have purchased Le Suits, Calvin Klein and Kasper for as low as $3.98 in Wichita, but you get cant a Louis Vutton for $200 ( with the orignal receipt inside for $700) no where-- SO hats off to Fashion Bar.

I have been to numerous boutiques around the world and I have yet to encounter someone as rude as the owner of this store. I also graduated in business and know for a fact that the key to owning a small business is to have a good foundation for customer service. The owner acted as if she owned a high-end boutique. This is nothing comparable to a high-end boutique, I wouldn't count cliche and recycled louis vuittons high end. Perhaps it was because I wasn't going into shop but to sell back clothing, but nonetheless you should never treat potential customers in this disrespectful manner. I would not recommend this store to anyone and from the lack of customers in the store it seems that her customer service tactics are not working well for her. Ultimately, this is store is located in Wichita, kansas and is a recycled clothing store and there is no need to be rude to customers especially for what the store is. I have never written an online review before but I felt this was necessary because I was so put off by this store and I know this review was harsh but I thought I should warn people to not waste their time and perhaps maybe the store will enhance their customer service. -Lisa

the lady at the counter isnt friendly, if the prices on the clothes were more reasonable or the price they give you for your clothes was better maybe i could handle how incredibly clueless she is about customer service. but everything is all wrong. she has lost my friends and i indefinitely.
