I received my furniture, which had an expected delivery date of 6-8 weeks, in 3 1/12 weeks! The chairs and couch are incredibly comfortable and the microsuede fabric feels wonderful. The delivery was scheduled for an exact time of 2:30, which I much preferred to the standard 8-12 or 1-5 that stores give. The delivery guys were very polite and professional. They had already taken off all the outer wrappings and placed everything where I wanted.

Over the past 6 months, Faith Furniture has delivered 2 power recliners. The first one had to be returned because my wife died from health complications, a her chair was returned. I returned to Faith Furniture this month to find a power recliner that would fit me. Their sales representative, Olivia, handled both sales with excellent advice and helpful suggestions. I found exactly what I was looking for from their vast inventory of recliners. I will use Faith Furniture for any future home furnishing purchases.

Bought what was a fairly expensive real leather couch, loveseat, and a coffee table here 5 years ago. We also bought the five year warranty (I think it was another $250). Just before the warranty expired we notice the leather separating from the upholstery lining on the top of the loveseat and then the same on both arms. We contacted Faith Furniture who first gave us the wrong # for the warranty company. After locating our paperwork and getting the right number, the warranty company ordered the part to replace the back not the arms, which apparently they're not covering, wtf. The back was shipped to us app. 2 months ago and has been sitting in the box waiting for the repair since. After numerous calls to the warranty company we were told the store, Faith Furniture, has their own repair people and they would contact them to get it scheduled. Several calls by us, not the warranty company, to the furniture store later, we got the response that they were extremely busy with repairs, great indication of quality. Finally they gave us a tentative date, which they've now missed. Long story short, we have a well cared for loveseat, same room and with the same care as the sofa with no issues, with 3 parts where the leather is worn through, a part to repair 1 part sitting in the box, and no repair person coming ever apparently. My husband actually worked here in college, which is part of why we took our business here. Now I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Crap product, terrible warranty company and the worst customer service ever.Go anywhere else. Nebraska Furniture Mart stands by their warranties and product.

The company is great and had a good selection but if I can offer a little bit of advice save your money on the furniture warranty they offer. We purchased it a few years back and have nothing but a horrible experience trying to get anything fixed. Bottom line every claim has been rejected and then they will come back with that item is not produced anymore so we can't help. So please save your money and hire a repairman later as it will cause you less stress. Hopefully Faith Furniture will wise up and pick a better company for warranty but I doubt it.

A wonderful experience, sales persons are extremely knowledgeable and let you look as long as you want yet make sure to check on you from time to time to make sure you don't have any questions and are very helpful. Competitive pricing and an absolutely beautiful store, very easy website to maneuver as well. I would recommend to anyone.

Was treated so rudely by saleswoman that I left. She spoke to me in a condescending manner and refused to let me walk around to browse. She interrupted each time I tried to discuss price with my spouse to tell me why it was priced so high. Maybe she thought I was looking for cheap, poor quality furniture. I ended up buying the top brand of furniture they carry in Topeka instead from another store. I hope they read this review and avoid losing another customer.

My most current purchase was a cabinet for my flat screen TV. It arrived with no scratches, the delivery people (who really deserve to be tipped), were very cautious to ensure the cabinet wasn't scratched, and besides missing shelf holders, I was happy. I have dealt with faith furniture for many years and have not had any issues. For the most part I've been satisfied and will continue to frequent the store. The only downside is they don't offer any discounts whereas other stores do. This is the reason I will seriously comparison shop to get the best deal and quality before purchasing any items.
