Fairlawn Burial Park

Both of my parents, friends and other relatives are buried there. My plan is to be buried there. We are all satisfied with the services at Fairlawn.

I wish I could have given this company a negative rating. This company is the most unprofessional company when dealing with the loss of a loved one. My mother, who has a baby buried at this cemetery has had nothing but problems with Carly Sanchez. My mother has been trying to finalize my grandmothers affairs and Carly who had set up an appointment with my mom to finalize everything decided that she was done working at the office while my mother was standing on the door step waiting for the appointment, she decided to slip out the back. If it weren't for my grandmother already having everything planned we would not have chosen to have her buried her there. I highly recommend that no one chooses this company to deal with their loved ones.

We interned my mother in the mausoleum at Fairlawn. it was the worst experience EVER! We were limited on family because of Covid, the cemetery limited that even farther by saying they would have 2 of their personnel there. Neither of which bothered to show up. No one was there to receive her ashes at all. I had to call the office to get someone to come so her ashes weren't just sitting there in the open. After I left reviews of our experience corparate came calling. They claimed they were told that someone from Fairlawn WAS there. A complete lie. After offering me a discount, instead of dealing with the extremely poor personnel at Fairlawn, corporate offered to allow us to add items to the niche since they had no plaque for it yet, just another oversite I guess, said they would call and I wouldn't have to deal with anyone here at Fairlawn, namely Carlie. Went down to visit Mom a couple days ago and guess what. They opened the niche and placed the plaque but I NEVER got that call they promised. If you're looking for a nice cemetery that really cares THIS IS NOT IT! I promise you, lie after lie, excuse after excuse. They manged to be present for the check but not the internment. All about the money only. Nothing but trouble!!!
