Very poor service and rude check in desk. DR Eubank was the only good thing about my visit. The staff blamed everyone but themselves for all their mishaps. While I was there the computes quit working. Believe me when I say this, they do no care about you. I called to get my Distance for ordering glasses on line and they could not give it to me but I was asked if I wanted to cancel next years appointment. I guess they don't care about losing business either. It was an awful experience that I wish no one else to go through.

Super friendly, professional, and skilled. Easy to get an appointment and appointments do not last all day.

I was visiting Wichita for a golf tournament. My eyes had been bothering me for quite some time and it had been almost a year since my last eye exam. I called last minute to get in for an eye exam and they were able to schedule me for the same day within an hour of calling. I got there 20 minutes early and they took me in early. The exam was thorough and the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

First of all let me say I really like Dr Wise, but that's about it. I have had a schedule problem last time where I showed up for my appointment only to find out I didn't have one. At least not at the time I had. This year I drove over to my appointment to be told BCBS didn't have me listed for an eye exam benefit. I left and called BCBS to confirm and I was told I do indeed have an eye exam benefit. I hate to move but life is too short. I won't be back.

Eye Care Associates is the best! I've been with them for a few years now, and I have always been very pleased with the care I receive from them. I've had a couple of emergencies, and they've always been able to fit me in the same day. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The assistants are always kind. The doctors are very thorough and take their time during the appointment. The staff in the eye wear department never risk me when picking out a new pair of glasses. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

This office if fabulous! The person who scheduled my appointment was very knowledgeable about my insurance options. They quickly got me scheduled. The office was very kind and courteous to my child I brought with me. We have already scheduled our next round of appointments for next year. I highly recommend Eye Care Associates!

Dr. Eubanks and the staff was incredibly patient while I was trying to find the right contacts and letting me sample different ones! My experience with them has always been great!
