The doctors were fine but the office staff...oh my goodness. I believe that I'll go with a private, local office next year. When I received contact lenses through the mail from this business, the postage was underpaid, and I had already paid for the lenses and the postage! Long wait for orders, confusion as to whether or not to make an appointment, insurance confusion, a very long drive to find out I DIDN'T need an appointment, phone calls and more phone calls to straighten issues out, etc. I simply don't have time for the nonsense. Some of the same problems with the Lenscrafters store next door. I'll skip the drama and utilize my local doctor.

This place is in a mall. There is a lenscrafters next door, but it's not affiliated in any way. I saw Carla Mosteller, and she's nice. If you are looking for a quick in and out, go for it. If you need anything fancy, I would probably go elsewhere. I wasn't super impressed by the staff. They screwed up my copay and all seemed to be really new. There was also a really long wait to get an appointment, not what I expected at the mall. However, I didn't wait long on the day of my appointment. Overall, not super fabulous, but I would go back because I don't like to waste much time in these places.

I went in and asked if they accepted my insurance. They did and got me in the next week for my appointment. They provided me with paperwork to fill out before the appointment started so I didn't have to wait as long. They got me in very quickly. They did seem a little short staffed but they were very nice and very knowledgeable.

I have not yet used Eye Associates as I have retired out of state. However, I would like to attest to the professionalism and caring nature of DR Mosteller as I have known her for more than thirty five years. She has always been an achiever who has constantly impressed me. I would recommend her to anyone in need of OD services. Trp Keith

Our entire family went to this place. Our daughter got her own insurance and provided the new card when she got her eye exam. 6 months later we get a bill because they filed on the old insurance and not the new. Called to have this fixed and got the run around. Customer service was non existence. On the phone i was interrupted more than once and the agent raised her voice at me and was very angry. The doctor i saw was nice but because of the major screw up with insurance and office staff being rude and unhelpful i will never go back again.

My husband and I have been using Eye Associates of Wichita at the Town East mall for about 8 years. We are very happy with the quality of service we receive. When I need a refill on my contacts or just an annual exam, it's easy to schedule and the staff files our insurance for us. They are always competent and helpful, from the staff right up to the Doctors.
