Extended Stay America Bartlesville

The lady at the front desk harassed me saying that I was trying to let someone stay for free when she was just coming to see me she told me I had 10 minutes to get them out of my room or I was getting kicked out I will never stay here again since when do you stay in town and not be able to have your friends come see you. She even followed us to the room.

If the was a ZERO star I selectThe worst hotel I've ever spent my money on motel 6 was a whole lot cleaner than this hotel do not patronize or spend your money at this hotel. The lobby was dirty the elevator was dirty there was a trash bag that's set at Jason from the main elevator by a side door for two and a half days The hallway was filthy dirty there was soil towels I went downstairs to retrieve new towels cuz housekeeping did not refresh the towels and the front desk female gave me two soiled very stained and damp towels very disappointed and not happy at all with the service at this establishment. There was supposed to be free breakfast which was only blueberry muffins and coffee Oh let's no forget after showering the night before checking out it did not drain. NIGHTMARE hotel, run away and go to a cleaner, friendlier more hospitality service better if you're going to serve breakfast and you're advertising it make sure it's more than two items that's how I feel about it I've been to several hotels I'm not a motel 6 person and to me your establishment is worse than motel 6 do better follow through and please provide your with more customer service etiquettes one-on-one and most of all they should know corporates 1-800 number. Okay

Water leaking from the ceiling behind the girl working at the desk. Wasn't clean smelled like soured milk. 10/10 do not recommend.
