Exhaust Pros

I went there to get my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 a new flowsmaster series 40 and the guy had me select it and he said it would take about 30 minutes and it only took him 15 minutes and yeah he can improve in his welds but I forgot the guys name but he's a nice to me

Dudes name is James and he isn't a bag guy, maybe he is just socially awkward but we went to see what he offered for the price for deletes on a resonator and a muffler, his prices are fair but he's short with everything and expects his customers to fully understand everything before coming in, which is not the case for many people jumping into the game, his welds are also trash, they could definitely be better, he is a single owner and ran by himself so he has clearly been sticking to his own ways so if that's how he wants to run business that's fine, just not beneficial for new learning customers if he wants them to come back and get more work done.

Whoever talked to my son today at exhaust pros...you lost our business. Talking down to a young man who has researched what he wanted for his honda, and talking to him like someone who has no idea what hes talking about, when it's the people at exhaust pros who have no clue. If you are in the market for exhaust, do not waste your time at this company. My son got exactly what he wanted at another company cheaper! This guy has the knowledge of a rock. Dont waste your time.
