We love Lindley! She does great work. My husband and and I both had appointments with her within the last two weeks. I am telling you, I am 64 years old and it was the first time I have ever walked out of a salon and didn't go home and immediately wash and re-style my hair! Doug had his appointment today. He asked me what I thought. I told him I didn't even notice, which is exactly what you want! He looked nice, great job. Love her personality too. Janet Webb Doug or Janet

Made an appointment for a haircut, on my way to the salon I called to confirm my appointment. The receptionist simply said -"we double book the appointment, we need to reschedule your appointment". I made the appointment, got a sitter for the morning and was on my way to the salon. There was nothing anyone at the salon can do, not a simple "we apologize for the inconvenience" or at least given me a call the night before . I was not important and my time was not worth their time. For those of you who call in to make an appointment without any stylist request , your fees will cost more. If you book your appointment online without any specific stylist request the prices are less. I expect nothing more then common courtesy and proper salon etiquette . Eric Fisher Salon New Market Square is very disappointing.

Clean and professional environment, service is prompt and safe, I know I can always get the style and stylist that fits me best.

I went in for a special hairstyle for my senior homecoming, and was fabulously surprised! I was a bit apprehensive because some of their prices are higher up there, but I ended up paying the same price as I paid last year at the JCPenney salon with a much better experience and hairstyle at the end! In fact, it has been my favorite hairstyle to date.My stylist was great, if a little bit awkward, but she curled my hard to manage hair in record time, and they stayed in all night. She also did exactly as I asked her with combining two photos of what I wanted, and made sure to ask before changing it a little for ease or style. She was great! Not only did the style look amazing but it was affordable, and timely!

Took my wife here after she her hair messed at Snip and Clip, she was in tears... They were recommended by a lady at work that praised them and said they are the best in town and would make her happy. Made an appointment the day before I took her, went right in and they were ready for her. She was worried that since the other place had cut her hair so short that they wouldn't be able to do much with it. When I picked her up 45 min later what a change. They found a style that she liked and that made her look great. They had taken time to show her how to make it look as good her self too. She was all smiles and felt alot better. still shorter that she likes but she can now be happy with it till it grows back out where she likes it..Now I know why Eric Fisher has the reputation of having the best saloons in Wichita.

I just moved here from Dallas and was looking for a new salon. I have heard good things about Eric Fisher Salon and it was right down the street from where I live. I made a appointment with Liz, not having a choice since my day a available was Wednesday and she was the only one not booked. I got so Lucky! Liz is AMAZING! She listened to everything I asked for and made it happen. Not only that but this was the quickest hair color and cut I've ever received! I couldn't ask for a better color or cut! Liz is definitely my new girl! Super cool and easy going! This girl is good. I would book Liz If I was you!

Jana is the most talented stylist. I have loved every cut she has given me, even the ones when I was growing it out. On top of all that, she is such a nice person and always remembers things I've told her. Can't recommend her enough! Lisa*#

Incompetent stylists. Talked to two stylists, neither would listen to my requests, horrible phone consultation, horrible in person consultation, snotty and insulting stylists, complete waste of my time and had to go elsewhere last minute to get a great color and style that I requested for an upcoming event. I wouldn't waste your time or money here.

$140 to have my hair look CRAZY. I have been getting my hair colored for 40 years, so I am no novice. I have on occasion in my youth had some coloring disasters, all of my own making. Never did I expect to have a "professional" create the worst color fiasco of my life! It looks like they dumped black shoe polish on my hair; it is almost completely black with absolutely no dimension. Hannah was the "colorist" who did this to me. I went back to get a consultation with Jennifer to see a about fixing it and she had the nerve to say it looks like the inspiration picture! It's ridiculous, why would anyone want to look like they are wearing a piece of black felt on their head? I understand people make mistakes but what is inexcusible is the lying to get out of fixing what is obviously an error on the part of the salon. This is the worst salon I have ever gone to! Hannah needs more training on both cut and color and Jennifer has no integrity. Shameful!
