I have curly hair that can be hard to manage. Sarah gave me the best cut I have had in years. I will gladly return.

I needed a haircut and full color desperately and quickly before a trip. Thankfully, they were able to get me in with Katie and she was awesome. She listened to what I wanted done and did an amazing job with my hair. I'm also loved how professionally, yet personable she was.

I just moved to Wichita from Las Vegas. Finding a new stylist is always stressful! I called on a weekend and described what I was looking for. I got an appointment for a free consultation the same day. The consultation only took about 10 min and it was worth it to meet the stylist first so they can get a better idea of how long the appointment would take. Richard is now my stylist. I must say, he is very pleasant to hang out with for 4 hours while getting your hair done! We talked the whole time. He is super nice and friendly. Along the way he gave me styling tips, which I welcome. I'm extremely happy with the results as well! The prices for the services were reasonable (then again, I'm from the west coast where this sort of thing is expensive). The products were on the pricey-side, though. Overall, I'm glad I came to this salon. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. The salon is very modern with high-end products. The wash bowl stations and heat stations are also comfortable. I've sat in some at other salons back home that were not!

My fiancé was treated horribly by one of the stylists named Karina. She essentially refused to do what she wanted, and kept saying she didn't have time. When my fiancé decided she would just get a cut instead of a cut and color, the stylist again said she didn't have time for that. If you don't have time for your job why would you book the appointment? I wouldn't go here unless you want to pay to be treated like you're stupid and still not get what you ask for. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time.

Eric Fisher Salon is a true gift to Wichitans. I started getting my hair done at Eric Fisher over 10 years ago. The salon is always clean and well designed, excellent customer service, aquage products which are nice, and the stylists are incredible. The price might be slightly over average for Wichita, KS...but the quality is an outlier. If you're used to getting a $25 hair cut YOU DESERVE BETTER. For the past 6 years, I've been going to Allison at the Rock Road location. I used to bring in pictures to show stylists and I never have to do that with Allison. She knows what looks good on you and takes into consideration your hair type, face shape, level of maintenance, seasons changing, etc. I have very thick hair which is hard for some people to get layering right and she is amazing! As for color, she is great at giving my dark brunette hair the shine and tone it needs. She also takes care of my mom's hair who is blonde and very particular about the tone/color of her blonde hair.I live in San Diego, CA and have tried to go to other salons where I've paid 3x as much at no comparison. I will continue to make Eric Fisher Salon a regular stop during my trips home to Kansas!

Hair cut was great. However, they bleached my hair and left it yellow and no where near what I asked for (ashy toned balayage). Offered to have me come back 3 days later to fix so I went elsewhere. This was the derby Kansas location

I'm back at the Eric Fisher Salon Downtown with Chapman. 5 stars for this stylist; she listens and offers suggestions to give me the look I want while keeping my hair in great condition. She is one of the very best at balayage and dimensional color. Because she does not used damaging heat lamps, service may take a little longer if your going lighter but worth the extra time. My hair looks naturally Sun kissed and healthy. Recommend Chapman 100%

If you're looking for a new salon, look no further. When you walk in you have a beautiful wall of beauty products and hair care that will have you entertained for a good while. And not just the typical stuff that you see at every salon. I've always wanted to try Kevin Murphy but did not until I was captivated by their display. Luckily they had some gift sets left off the line I wanted to try (run don't walk). Savannah is amazing. She truly represents the salon to perfection. She set me up with a stylist that she thought would be perfect for what I needed when I spoke to her. She did not fail me. Peighton! First of all she's so sweet. But more importantly, very talented. I came here with very very damaged hair. My split ends were literally split multiple ways bad. I had bad money pieces in my hair that were different shades of gold, and breaking off. I had peighton look at my hair and she spent time feeling the texture, looking at my ends, talking to me about my hair goals and I showed her a picture of just one shade that I was interested in. She brought it completely to life. Instead of just a quick all over color, she took her time and created dimensions with a balayage look to preserve the integrity of my hair. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART, she took her time and used her ideas to not only make my color more special but also help me get everything I was looking for. I trusted her in the first few minutes, as her skill and art fills a room. She took dead, crusty blonde pieces, and dried ends and instead cut it to a healthy length, freshened up my brown while weaving in a gorgeous burgundy color, just like my picture. Thank you Peighton, Savannah, and Eric Fisher for my experience.

Megan worked me into her schedule because I came at the wrong time for someone else. I appreciated that she asked questions to really understand what I wanted and then offered suggestions. I also liked that she showed me products to use to help me style it on my own. I will definitely return. Thanks for an awesome experience, Megan!Sheri

Sad to receive such a money-hungry, could-care-less attitude experience upon being over-charged without prior discussion or approval for a simple, few-second service previously included, for years, from multiple stylist's, with my hair color/root touch-up (using same color on brows) - now charged $30 over & above. They charged an additional $15 above their quoted price of $54 for root-color touch-up service; then also added yet another $15 above those charges, also without communication/approval, for the few literal seconds to swipe the brows (same color - previously included in for years).And, they left a long skin-stained strip along my forehead (well beyond the hairline). The manager's attitude was clearly one of she 'could care-less' in response; and did not even attempt to rectify in the slightest. This was a place that I frequented since the late 80's.
