I had a disturbing experience at the E. Central Equishare branch recently. I bank at a different credit union, but I used the Equishare ATM as a co- op. I received a receipt for my withdrawal, but no cash out of the ATM. I was told by the location manager that I'd need to contact my bank to dispute the incident. I did and my bank said they would resolve the issue in a few days.But when I asked the Equishare manager to verify the incident with my bank rep on the phone, the Equishare staff seemed to act like I was being unreasonable! And when I asked if an Out of Order notice had been placed at the ATM while I was there, I was told one had been placed but I saw NO notice there as I left the location (will others get their money out of it before the ATM is fixed?) Also, I noticed that the clerk who first assisted me was WATCHING me as I left! I guess I was the bad guy because the ATM had an issue? Did others try to use it without a warning, and might they have had an account balance issue if they didn't get cash out the ATM? Thankfully I would not have had that issue, but the Equishare staff's behavior and lack of immediate action about the ATM was very concerning to me!

I've been banking with the e.central branch for many years now and they are always friendly and helpful and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone awesome bank

WARNING: DO NOT BANK HERE!! I have never had so many issues with a bank until I started banking at Equishare Credit Union. They turned off my online banking so I couldn't make online payments seeing as I work during the hours they are open and then repo my car with no notice of repo. I personally know people that are way more behind on their loan with Equishare and they still have done nothing to them. Let me also mention they froze my savings account draining every dollar in the account and still illegally have my CAR!
